We received a quick turnaround request for job openings in San Diego and are looking for qualified candidates to submit resumes to OSLLC and conduct a phone interview. The job openings are for an Engineering Readiness Assist Team (ERAT) based out of San Diego. The ERAT concept started several years ago and prepares ships for deployment, combat operations and significant ship events. ERAT assists ships in developing sound engineering practices and good material condition, which leads to successful Inspection Surveys (INSURVs), Light Off Assessments (LOAs) and Equipment Operational Capabilities (EOCs). The teams provide sailor centric deck plate training assessments, reporting, analysis, recommendations, fixes and post-action reporting with crews as they prepare for major evolutions, certifications and inspections.
Resumes should not exceed two pages in length. Each resume shall provide the following information: name, present place of employment (if contingent hire, so note), secret security clearance (a secret security clearance is a mandatory requirement for applicants, submit resume to OSLLC regardless of clearance held), experience and educational background, unique skills, specific experience, and accomplishments that are directly applicable to the job. Indicate if seeking full time or part time employment. Educational information must include as a minimum: degree, major, college, date degree awarded, applicable military schools or courses and program or job related experience. Also list years of program or job related experience.
