PURPOSE
Manages and oversees administration of company benefit programs, with a
focus on 401K. Responsible for process improvement and best practices for
all plans. Ensures compliance with legal requirements and develops effective
benefits communications to employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Process owner in administration of the 401(k) Plan including enrollment
activity, terminations, plan changes, loans and communications to employees,
ensuring compliance with IRS and DOL regulations.
2. Oversees administration of all health and welfare plans as well as
retirement and deferred compensation plans.
3. Acts as a liaison to HR staff with interpretation and application of
benefit plans; partners with HR staff for issue resolution and training.
4. Reviews and assesses efficiency of departmental procedures and processes
providing recommendations for changes as required.
5. Develops and implements the company-wide standardized benefit policies
and procedures.
6. Assesses and analyzes existing benefit plan design for cost effectiveness
and provides recommendations for changes as appropriate. Presents cost
savings plans to the Benefits Committee for review and approval.
7. Develops and manages a benefits training program that provides the tools
to administer benefit programs consistently.
8. Oversees and ensures compliance with all legal regulations pertaining to
employee benefits. Assures overall compliance to ERISA requirements,
including 5500 filings and revisions and distribution of Summary Plan
Descriptions.
9. Assists with annual development of department budget. Partners with
Finance to ensure P&L goals are achieved.
10. Manages projects as appropriate by researching, evaluating, and
providing input on options for new plan features or designing new plans to
incorporate company initiatives or legislative requirements.
11. Develops and delivers open enrollment communications to employees;
assist employees with plan selection questions.

SUMMARY:
Directs and coordinates the activities of the designated Product Division to

Job Description

I . FUNCTION:
Candidate will maintain, repair and modify aircraft structures and
structural components of moderate difficulty. They will maintain and repair
aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines,
hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems and mechanical components. They will

technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems in determining
equipment malfunctions and apply expertise in restoring equipment

II. DUTIES:
A. Have a thorough knowledge of aircraft mechanical component
troubleshooting, repair procedures and replacement of parts.
B. Requires a broad knowledge of aircraft sheet metal/structural
modifications and repair.
C. Must have a basic knowledge of electrical theory.
D. Have thorough knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test
equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators and micrometers.
E. Be able to use various respirators and dust masks.
F. Must be able to use appropriate technical orders, engineering
requests, drawings, blueprints and schematics.
G. Inspects aircraft components for cleanliness, alignment, proper
clearance and operation, and evidence of wear, cracks, and

H. Be able to remove and install various types of aircraft coatings and
sealants.
I. Be able to align, rig adjust and calibrate aircraft systems.
J. Installs, removes and evaluates aircraft modifications, TCTO's and

S. Perform engine runs for performance and trouble shooting.
T. Inspect jet engines and components for cracks, corrosion.,
foreign object damage, burned areas, distortions, security and
wear.
U. Obtains engine oil samples for analysis.
V. Must be able to operate various types of powered and non-powered
AGE and perform user maintenance.
W. Will be required to perform crash recovery operations as required.
X. Properly inspect aircraft structures for corrosion for
prevention and correction.
Y. Provide as required CUT training to other personnel.
Z. Be knowledgeable in wheel/tire teardown and build up.
AA. Practice good housekeeping, FOD awareness/prevention, tool
control and safety at all times.
BB. Have a working knowledge of proper handling of hazardous waste and

It is a collaborative effort involving multiple Department of Defense

representation and compression, and efficient large format data processing
utilizing the most advanced techniques in efficient out-of-core stream based
computation.

If you are added to the team, you will develop expertise with respect to
heterogeneous multi-core processing on Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) and
cell-based clusters. Sounds cool, right? It is, and it will support your
interest in harnessing your brainpower to leave your legacy and make the
planet safer. Expect to work closely with external research and engineering
teams; internal interactions will be with team members, peers, project
leadership, and program management, and more as this is not to a role

Management client projects, to include providing Project Planning or
Engineering support, and assisting on proposal efforts, business development

Management clients in Northern California area and throughout the western US

Solid waste design and management continues to be a strong area of sustained

Our Project Managers - Solid Waste:

Are adept in applying and interpreting regulatory requirements and applying
industry standard techniques to analysis and design of solid waste
management systems and designs. Applicants should have familiarity with
landfills, composting, transfer stations, waste processing and/or related
technologies.
Lead in the application of CH2M HILLâ??s Project Delivery System to achieve
the following project delivery strategic objectives: health, safety,
environmental responsibility; client expectations for quality, schedule, and
budget; financial performance for project specific targets; project team and
field program expectations; operational performance and business unit
expectations; and quality
Plan, staff, schedule, budget, coordinate subcontractors and internal
support, and assure quality as well as safety
Assist in business and client development tasks
Organize and direct all activities on solid waste related (planning,
engineering, and environmental control system design) projects to ensure
project is completed in accordance with specifications
Participate in project decisions regarding technical approaches, cost and
scheduling, and performance
Coach junior level project managers and task managers 
Interact with regulators and permitting agencies
Participate in professional organizations and conferences applicable to
solid waste management
Preferably attain or maintain a professional license (PE, PG, etc.)
This position has an emphasis on planning, design and construction
management for municipal and industrial waste management facility projects
encompassing multiple disciplines. This includes potentially serving as a
Project Manager/Technical Consultant in all phases (Planning,
Engineering/Design, Construction, & Operations) associated primarily with
landfills, transfer stations, composting projects, and other organic waste
conversion technologies throughout California.

This position may have a field component. Candidate must be able to travel
to project sites as needed.Location will be Oakland, Sacramento or San Jose.
