7.   AECOM Construction Services Opportunity, Qatar, Naval Facilities Management/Port OPS SME

AECOM is building a Naval Base for Qatar.  Think Naval Station Everett plus a fuel terminal and ammunition depot.  Our client has asked for our help to develop an "owners manual" and a plan to support commissioning of the base.  The initial effort is 90 days for one individual to develop the scope and create a project plan for solving the problem.    Currently on the local team are a couple of SWOs, EDO, and a SC officer....and we would like to add a Naval Officer who has a facilities management/port ops background.    Navy is best...but not absolute.    Send me an email if you have a candidate.  Bottom line.   We need a good athlete that can help us build a rapport with the customer. I can provide more details in person or over a call.
