Senior Cashiers $10.00/hr. (Pacific Beach, Clairemont, La Jolla, Downtown and Lake Murray)

·         At least 1 year of Cash Register Experience.

·         Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Supervisors $12.00/hr. (Pacific Beach, Point Loma, La Mesa and Lake Murray)

·         At least 1 year related experience in retail. 

·         Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED). 

·         Computer Skills: Basic Computer Skills, Email, Internet Use, Microsoft Word and Excel. 

·         Other Requirements: Ability to operate electronic cash register. Must be able to understand the basic principles of running a retail store: Stocking, merchandise flow, quotas, cash handling, bank deposit procedures and sales reports. Ability to work with simple arithmetic (addition, subtraction, fractions, percentages, etc.). Ability to calculate figures and amounts related to cash handling (for example, change discounts, etc.). Ability to read and understand sales reports. Must have valid California Driver’s License with driving record acceptable to Goodwill’s insurance company’s standards.

Bookstore Manager $14.00/hr. (Encinitas)

·         Must have supervisory experience.

·         Education: Associates Degree (two-year college or technical school) preferred or minimum five years related experience.

·         Computer Skills: Basic use of computer and computer related equipment/software (MS Office Suite).

·         Other Requirements: Must be able to understand the basic principles of running a retail store: stocking, merchandise flow, quotas. Cash handling: Able to perform simple arithmetic tasks including addition, subtraction, fractions, percentages, calculate figures/amounts for change  or discounts, etc. Must have valid California Driver’s License with driving record acceptable to Goodwill’s insurance company’s standards.

Accounts Payable Accountant $13.00/hr. (Point Loma)

·         Two to four years of progressive accounting experience required.

·         Education: Associates Degree or equivalent experience.

·         Computer Skills: MS Office, Accounting Software & General Ledger. Great Plains Software experience preferred.

Donation Center Supervisor $12.00/hr. (Old Town)

·         Two years of supervisory experience preferred.

·         Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.

·         Computer Skills: Must have proficient entry level skills in the following: email, MS Word, and MS Excel.

·         Able to lift up to 75lbs.; open availability is required.
