O365 security team is seeking a technically deep and self-motivated security engineers
to execute and innovate in incident response, analysis and investigational activities
in support of the O365 environment.
We are looking for a passionate security practitioner who can combine strong analytical
skills, technical breadth and cross group skills to provide world-class security
response for the O365 service. This position offers great potential to have significant
impact on Microsoft's ability to protect, detect, investigate and respond to attacks
against O365 cloud services.
Key competencies include:
Security investigation and analysis skillset: You must have deep host and network
analysis skills and the ability to implement an intelligence-driven defense approach
to conduct security analysis activities against a diverse online services infrastructure.
Attacker/Adversary mindset: You must be an expert and have a keen understanding
of external and internal threats and their tools, tactics and procedures (TTPs)
across the intrusion kill-chain. You must be able to leverage multi-source threat
intelligence to scope and guide your analysis, investigation, response and remediation
activities.
Monitoring and detection insight: You should have a security monitoring acumen that
enables you to understand and leverage a depth of detections across the host, network
and data aspects of the infrastructure and use these to enable and guide incident
management and response actions.
Technology foundation: Strong technical skills across a broad set of online service
and Microsoft technologies is a must. You should be able to quickly come up to speed
on new security products and technologies and have a passion for continuing to grow
in the technical dimension.
Communication & collaboration maturity: You should possess the interpersonal awareness
and skillset to work across groups during the course of investigation and response
activities. Being able to present findings from log and data analysis and security
incident post mortems as well as excellent written and oral communication skills
are key.
In addition to the above competencies, to thrive in this position you'll need the
ability to deal with ambiguity and possess a very high level of creativity and inquisitiveness.
Previous experience in security investigation, analysis, incident response, and
online services are important, but a desire to take on big challenges and help improve
the overall security response and service engineering process is equally vital.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelors of Science, Bachelors, BA, BA CS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering
degree or equivalent experience.
* 5-7 years of industry experience in the information security field, preferably
in the cloud and online services area.
* 2+ years' experience as a security analyst, investigator or malware reverse engineer.
* Demonstrated ability to establish and manage relationships across organizational
boundaries.
* Exemplary interpersonal verbal and written communication skills, with the ability
to assemble, document, and present technical information to leadership.
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects and process, organize, plan and carry
out assignments with minimal supervision.
* Ability to perform in a challenging, fast-paced technical and business environment,
and to maintain a professional image while working under pressure.
* SANS GIAC, CISSP or other security profession credentials preferred.
Candidates must be able to meet all federal government security screening requirements
as indicated for this role. Federal security screening requirements call for applicant
to verify U.S. Citizenship. Additional customer screening requirements may include
additional items such as, but not limited to: specialized agency background checks
(either national or local) and fingerprinting, as well as the ability to obtain
a government personnel security clearance. All employees hired into roles supporting
Cloud Offerings will also be required to pass Microsoft background checks prior
to the start of employment and every two years thereafter.

9. Tulip Medical Products Opportunity, San Diego, CA, Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Tulip Medical Products is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for full time
employment. Tulip Medical Products is a San Diego based company that specializes
in medical products used in liposuction and fat transfer. The company manufactures
and ship products all over the world that conform to International Standards for
medical products. We are currently seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for full
time employment in our Clairemont Production Facility.
Summary:
Performs clerical and physical tasks in connection with shipping goods of the establishment
in which employed and receiving incoming shipments. In performing day-to-day, routine
tasks, the worker follows established guidelines. In handling unusual non-routine
problems, the worker receives guidance from the Production Manager or Chief Operations
Officer. Shipping duties typically involve the following: Verifying that incoming/outgoing
orders are accurately filled by comparing items and quantities of goods gathered
for shipment against documents; completing appropriate Quality Assurance paperwork,
insuring that shipments are properly packaged, identified with shipping information,
and prepared for shipment. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Production
Manager.
Work Environment: General office and warehouse environment. Work involves repetitive
motions and standing for long periods of time. May be required to lift and carry
objects up to 40 pounds for short distances.

projects, and have a strong attention for detail.
Preferred Requirements:
* Store keeper rating experience or applicable related experience.
* Controlled Material Petty Officer qualified or applicable Quality Assurance experience.
