Position Summary:

The Sr. Client Services Consultant reports to the Onsite Program Manager, but is also in an onsite leadership role. This role is the primary escalation point for the client and junior staff members in the absence of the OPM. Under general supervision by the OPM, the Sr. CSC should ensure that the onsite team is providing optimum customer service to both external and internal customers by way of consistent follow through, client relationship management, resolving issues immediately, excellent product delivery, while exhibiting patience and active listening skills.
Depending on the size of the onsite team, the Sr. CSC responsibility may be limited to one product (payroll, business validation or staffing desk) or may span over multiple product lines and staff supervisory duties.

Job Functions
·         Sr. CSC will handle first line escalations and problem resolution, utilizing independent judgment and critical thinking skills.
·         Consistently exhibit professional customer service and problem resolution skills.
·         Follow, maintain and update the SOP “Standard Operating Procedures” for day-to-day procedures. Ensure that team is following operational procedures per the SOP.

·         Identify and resolve employee relations issues ensuring that timeliness and adherence to appropriate laws and regulations.
·         Utilize PRO’s proprietary software, WAND, to facilitate all processes including contractor requests, financial approvals, timecarding, renewals, offboarding, invoicing, reporting etc.
·         Lead Supplier management activities including Supplier Forums, Scorecards, recruiting phone calls with hiring managers etc.
·         Facilitate regular meetings/discussions with client hiring managers regarding PRO’s program and delivery procedures.
·         Engage in and lead Business Development activities. When appropriate introduce new PRO service lines to client managers. Work with OPM to identify opportunities to grow PRO’s business.
·         Assist in the drafting and presentation of Quality Business Reviews along with Internal Account Reviews.
·         In conjunction with the Program Manager, ensure that all deliverables outlined in the SOW are met consistently.
·         Generate all required weekly reports to both client and PRO on a timely basis.
·         Follow all required client and PRO mandated procedures and policies.

Minimum Qualifications

The Plant Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance to the equipment mechanics and electronics technicians in the facilities maintenance department, and will serve as a technical resource for the plant operations and engineering departments.

The selected individual will be responsible for the following efforts:
·         Assist in scheduling equipment mechanics to perform repairs and routine maintenance without impacting equipment availability.
·         Assist in the creation of Failure Modes and Effects Analysis program in support of production systems.
·         Provide technical review of current preventive maintenance procedures for all equipment as well as all equipment performance trending data.
·         Aid in the setup and repair of control systems, repairing and operating process equipment such as pumps, HVAC, air compressors, cooling towers, emissions control equipment, etc.
·         Read and interpret blueprints and drawings, specifically electrical drawings, to troubleshoot any problems that may occur.
·         Act quickly to fix a failure facility wide, and maintain equipment to prevent failure.
·         Coordinate plant security operations.
·         Maintain a safe, clean and secure work environment. Actively support and interact in monthly and/or plant refresher safety training using available resources and prescribed goals to determine and subsequently help eliminate actual and potential safety issues, unsafe acts and/or conditions to preclude accidents, to keep Hexcel employees safe, and to achieve the Department/Plant and/or Corporate Safety goals and objectives.
·         Operate at all times in compliance with the Hexcel Casa Grande Quality System and Quality Policy.
·         Comply with Hexcel policies, procedures, and Code of Business Conduct.


Qualifications
·         Bachelor's degree In Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from four-year college or university.
·         Three to five years directly related Facilities Engineering experience in manufacturing.
·         Computer literate. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and in the use of AutoCad or equivalent software.
·         Record of demonstrated project management skills relative to major facility projects in a manufacturing environment.

JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW
The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and release of our organization's web-based applications. The company is in the midst of a significant program to revise its core web-based business services delivery automation systems, migrating to a contemporary, open source technology stack. The Senior Software Engineer reports to the Manager of Development for strategic projects, and works closely with program management to ensure successful operational deployment of new applications while maintaining business continuity of existing applications. This is a hands-on technical role, providing the opportunity to build a top class RESTFul Web Services for distributed systems using standard open source technologies to build out a state of the art Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits services delivery platform. Candidate should be highly self-motivated, hardworking, an innovator, and proactive in finding solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
•           • Perform technical oversight and assessment of application and system development projects to ensure technical integrity and compliance with design requirements
•           • Work closely with Program Manager and other stakeholders to develop project plans, and participates in resource planning
•           • Responsible for application development focusing on middle tier using Spring MVC Web Services.
•           • Develop, evaluate, and implement improved processes, methods and tools to continually improve software delivery effectiveness.
•           • Specify systems architecture, application design, systems integration methods, and data migration tools and techniques
•           • Coordinate with QA testing staff to ensure comprehensive test coverage, effective performance and load tests, timely resolution of issues, and other actions to assure delivery of quality software

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

•           • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Java/J2EE development building large-scale enterprise web applications;
•           • Extensive experience with Spring and JPA/Hibernate
•           • Strong Experience in MVC and using design patterns
•           • Proficient use of SQL and data modeling.
•           • Strong knowledge of data integration technologies and processes;
•           • Experience with formal SDLCs and development methodologies
•           • Experience with Oracle WebLogic 12c application server
