Overview:

SOLUTE Consulting's Information Assurance team is seeking a Cyber Security engineer
to work in San Diego, CA. The Cyber Security engineer acts as a trusted agent and
provides certification and accreditation services to SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific
as well as other customers as needed. Duties frequently include interacting with
 system engineers in the interest of determining the best way forward in terms of
presenting a desired security posture while maintaining operational capability.
This billet provides a large range of cyber-security support to the customer and
 will pave the path for authorization to test various systems and to eventually
operate them at an acceptable risk level. The ideal candidate will have a unique
 blend of technical acumen and business development / government contract experience
as well as systems architecture and design, an understanding of networking security
principles and a working knowledge of secure software development principles. Ideal
candidate will also be versed at rapidly progressing multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills:


* Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOD SECRET security clearance or above

* Must have strong written and verbal skills

Job Summary:

Atlas Technologies, Inc. is looking for a mid to senior System Engineer to support
the Space and Naval Warfare Center (SPAWAR) Atlantic and its military customers.
 We are seeking a motivated, analytical, project oriented, and detail-oriented systems
expert to join our growing company to lead a SAN optimization project.   Leveraging
current system hardware, software, configurations, and policies and settings, this
lead Systems Engineer will interface directly with the customer, and lead and collaborate
with our company technical staff to document, analyze and solve technical challenges.
This System Engineer position will lead the requirements documentation and analysis
efforts, proof of concept, design, development and integration of a new SAN architecture
to expand the capabilities of Department of Defense networks.   Ideal candidates
 include those with experience with major vendors such as NetApp, EMC/Isilon, Hitachi,
Brocade, Cisco and who have a proven track record of design, analysis and implementation
of SAN solutions while minimizing risks and downtime.

Essential Duties and Functions:


* Quickly understand current customer infrastructure and configurations

* Lead and assist in the documentation of current customer infrastructure and configurations

* Capture and document SAN requirements from customers via meetings, face to face
interviews, email, phone conferences and questionnaires.

* Perform engineering analyses related to SAN which include, but are not limited

Job Summary:

The P-3C Pilot SME will work as a member of a P-3C Operator Project Team performing
technical training for new and/or modified systems during courseware revision, upkeep,
and foreign military trainee transition/integration training. The SME will be required
to provide classroom instruction, practical job training (PJT), and serve as a member
of a P-3 Operator Project Team performing Pilot ground and in-flight instruction
 as required.

Background Requirements:

Education:


* Bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited college or university.

* P-3C Fleet Replacement Pilot Category 1 and P-3C Fleet Instructor Training Course
(ITC) graduate.

Experience:


* Earned a 1310 or 1315 Officer Designator Code.

* Must have experience as a Fleet Replacement Squadron (FRS) Instructor Pilot (IP)
