Good Morning All,
   
    My office is looking to hire several wounded warriors at the entry level (GS-4/5). Job title is Employment Information Customer Service Representative. Because of the shutdown, I will be just doing ground work (collecting resumes, conducting DORS interviews, and standing by for the next step).

Desired skill sets:
   
    - Knowledge of MS Office Suite, mainly Outlook, Word, & Excel
    - Performs a variety of administrative/clerical assignments, such as sending inquiries, notices of ratings, contacting applicants/selectees, responding to inquiries regarding status of actions, maintaining files, and similar.
    - Ability to provide statistical information for production and various review and analysis reports.
    - Primary focal point for resolution of handling applicant issues/complaints, researching/ troubleshooting the origin of the problems, identifying systemic issues, and ensuring appropriate and timely corrective action.
