Position Description

TRABUS is seeking a Financial Analyst who shall provide analytical, financial and
management support services to Department of Defense (DoD) organizations specializing
in C4I/IT systems. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and

Responsibilities


* Provide data collection and analytical support within numerous databases for budget

budgets.

* Prepare, submit, track, and reconcile routine and emergent funding documents.

* Develop correspondence, spreadsheets, and routine program analysis reports.

* Support the development of OSD and President's Budget justification exhibits.

* Respond to requests for information from internal and external customers.

* Solicit, analyze, and track data, create reports, identify problems, and recommend
solutions pertaining to budgeting and financial execution.

* Prepare briefings, exhibits, articles and minutes in support of financial management-related
meetings

Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.

* 2-5 years of experience with government budgeting, analysis of government finances,
and appropriations process.

* Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel as it relates DoD financial planning,
tracking and execution.

* Must have experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

* Must be proficient in the use of other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Access,
PowerPoint, Project).

* Must be a U.S. Citizen with some experience working in Navy and/or DoD programs

* Secret Clearance required.

Job Description:

The Principal Development Engineer (PDE) designs and implements hardware, software,
and embedded firmware to create products that meet Sagetech market objectives. This
engineer participates in initial product conception, formulation of functional and

Responsible for materials planning support of Laboratory programs. This position
 reviews engineering requests, drawings and bills of materials to assess cost and
feasibility of mechanically fabricated parts, generates requests to centralized
procurement organization for purchase, and track parts through receipt. A key success
criteria is that all mechanical fabricated parts are received in, and in stock in
time to support the program schedule. This person will report on status to the program
team; keep the program team focused on critical path components; drive actions necessary

with suppliers, etc.; and participate in make/buy decisions based on appropriate
 criteria. Exemplary team skills are a must as these responsibilities will be accomplished

Special Talents: Eight years of mechanical job shop hands-on experience as a mechanical
job shop planner. Prior experience in aerospace and/or national laboratory materials
management will be given very strong consideration. The mechanical fabrication planner
must have a thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes, including conventional
and CNC machining, precision/close tolerance fabrication processes, heat treating,
surface treatment (painting and chemical processing), mechanical inspection, sheet
metal fabrication and welding, mechanical part procurement (Mil-spec and commercial
hardware and materials). The planner will: determine the cost effective manufacturing
methods, estimate material and labor costs, establish and monitor manufacturing
schedules, use SAP Project Systems Module to route and monitor workflow. Position
requires an individual with excellent planning, communication and organizational
 skills, ability to work effectively with shop supervisors, technical staff and
outside vendors. Experience in estimating mechanical fabrication and assembly experience
working at a Government Research and Development facility. Experience working with
SAP Project Systems Module preferred. Must be able to obtain a security clearance.

C. Senior Web Course Developer

The Senior Web Course Developer will be responsible for participating in the development
of high-quality, standards-compliant web-based training and web applications. He

Required:

CGI Federal is looking for a GCCS M-J Engineer/Analyst to work in our San Diego
CA location. The successful candidate will provide support to a Space and Naval
Warfare (SPAWAR) Systems Center (SSC) Pacific task.   Duties include:


* Perform integration, testing, patch implementation, installation execution, configuration,
and troubleshooting of Increment 1 and Increment 2 GCCS M-J Family of Systems Software

* Provide system and software engineering services in accordance with the Reference
Documentation when performing requirements analysis, software design, software development,
information assurance security implementation, employing and installing upgraded
 software modifications in support of resolving Software Change Requests (SCR) and
Security Engineering Changes (SEC).

* Perform engineering analysis, requirements analysis, functional analysis, and
integration of new, updated, or upgraded GCCS-M components, systems, and networks
in sustainment, to include Software Trouble Report (STR), Security Engineering Changes
(SEC), Software Change Request (SCR), and Engineering Change Request (ECR).

* Support the integration of segments and applications, systems, subsystems, and
 hardware components into conceptual, preliminary, and baseline products with the
core system software and the performance of Integration testing of the various components
of the system.

* Prepare test and evaluation plans, procedures, and perform analysis for modifying
GCCS-M SCR findings that will be integrated into baseline GCCS-M systems.

* Support the operation and administration of GCCS-M systems and supporting systems
consisting of PCs, workstations, servers, LANs, routers, switches, firewalls, security
devices, and communications devices both Secret and Unclassified.

* Provide support to fielded GCCS-M 3.x and 4.x Force Level, Group Level and Unit
Level systems.

* Provide engineering support for C4I Systems and components in sustainment across
GCCS-M functional areas of including implementation, integration, and test and evaluation.

* Participate in engineering meetings, working groups, Integrated Product Teams
(IPTs), Configuration Management Boards, and perform schedule analysis for GCCS-M
engineering and integration efforts.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


* Strong working knowledge of the GCCS M-J Family of Systems hardware and or software.

* Experience in developing test plans, test procedures and test reports.

* Experience in the Unix SOLARIS Operating System (OS), C, C++, Windows Server 2008,
Windows 7, XWindows, JAVA/JAVAEE, VMware and SQL-based systems.

* Experience with IEEE 12207 testing standards.

* Experience with Services oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web Services, including
the following standards, protocols and styles used for Web services development:
 Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP), Uniform Resource Identifier (URI), Multipurpose
Internet Mail Extensions (MIME), Extensible Markup Language (XML), Simple Object
 Access Protocol (SOAP), Universal Description Discovery and Integration (UDDI),
 and REpresentational State Transfer (REST).

* Experience in engineering and requirements analysis for Navy C4I components and
systems, specifically Global Command and Control System-Maritime (GCCS-M) 3.1.2.1
Unified Build (UB) 3.0.2.5P15; GCCS-M 4.0.1.x, GCCSM 4.0.2.x, and GCCS-M 4.0.3.x;
GCCS-M Force Level (FL) 4.1.x.x, and GCCS-M Unit Level (UL) 4.1.x.x.

* Experience in engineering analysis and support for Navy C4I systems, specifically
Aegis Weapon System (AWS), Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (ABMD), and Tactical
Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS) interfaces components pertaining to GCCS-M
Increment I and Increment II.

* Experience with GCCS Family of Systems (FoS), specifically GCCS-M/J and Common
 PC Operating System Environment (COMPOSE).

* Experience in shipboard installation procedures, shore installation procedures,
installation planning packages, and installation requiremenst drawings.

* Experience in SPAWAR ashore and/or afloat C4I systems development environment.

* Experience in military C4I, communications, and networking systems.

* Experience with practices and guidelines of Department of Defense Instruction
5000.01 and 5000.02.
