Nothing Bundt Cakes is premium specialty bakery known for our mouth-watering, moist bundt cakes and we are growing in the San Diego area! Our cakes are baked fresh daily using only the finest ingredients, and all of our decorations are hand crafted to order. The ideal Assistant Manager candidates will support the Bakery Manager as follows:
• Have baking / food service experience in a bakery or restaurant.
• Be able to successfully manage the work rate in a high volume bakery.
• Have strong leadership capabilities.
• Have outstanding customer service skills.
• Have consummate time management skills.
• Be able to prioritize effectively in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Be an effective problem solver.
• Have a flexible schedule.
• Be vigilant with upholding high operations and performance standards.
• Consistently promote the values of effective teamwork and facilitate change as required.
