: Provide assistance in recording meeting minutes for ENP events and prepare briefing charts for presentations; submit draft meeting minutes for review.
: Participate in Air Force Level Inspections, to include the AF Inspector General, AF Space Command Inspector General, AF Audit Agency Inspections, SMC Annual Integrated Program Reviews and the ENP self inspection program to review all checklists once they have been conducted, review all other associated inspection documentation, review all previous inspection reports to ensure compliance in accordance with the following:

: Maintain a tracking system of key administrative security elements and communicate status of tasks weekly to the client.
: Review, update, and distribute the Security Operating Instruction and review evolving security concepts and policies in accordance with DoD 5200.2R to support updates.
: Assist SMC/ENP with oversight responsibilities for the SMC Personnel Security Management office, in accordance with DoD 5200.2R, and AFI 31-501 to include: Notifying individuals who are due for reinvestigation at least four (4) months prior to due date and process personnel security clearance investigation packages for Government personnel, including interim security clearances.
: Provide access list w/clearance of attendees for classified meetings hosted by SMC/ENP
: Assist the SMC/PI security manager to process all paperwork for the Automated Entry Control Cards program in accordance with SMC Policy and AFI 31-101.
: Process Common Access Card (CAC) for authorized personnel, in accordance with SMC Policy, AFI 31-209 and the Installation Security Instruction
: Process and complete incoming/ outgoing visit requested via FAX or the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) in accordance with DoD 5200.2 R.
: Conduct security in and out-processing briefing
: Conduct debriefings, process and complete Non-disclosure Agreements and attestations for departing personnel within four (4) hours of notification in accordance with SMC/ENP security operating instruction.
: Support the Industrial Security Program in accordance with DoD 5220.22R, DoD 5220.22 M as supplemented, and AFI 31-601;prepare, review, and maintain an accurate Industrial Security file for all visitor groups, to include subcontractors supporting SMC Directorates.
: Create, maintain, coordinate and distribute the DD Form 254 for each classified contract and Requests for Proposals in support of all SMC Directorates. Confirm that Facility Security Clearance levels are appropriate for the level of information required to be handled and/or processed; and CAGE code is correct in accordance with DoD 5220.22 R, DoD 5220.22 M, AFI 32-402, AFI 31-601.
: Assist the Operations Security (OPSEC) Program Manager in accordance with DoD 5202.02, and AFI 10-701 to develop, maintain and monitor the execution of the OPSEC program to include providing inputs and recommendations, guidance, plans and instructions. View OPSEC Critical Information Lists (CIL) during exercises and activities to verify OPSEC compliance; conduct an OPSEC review of information submitted for publication or release to the public along with OPSEC review of web sites; incorporate OPSEC surveys into annual OPSEC report; review and provide comments to the individual Directorate OPSEC plan.
: Provide assistance to the Information SMC/ENP Security Program lead in accordance with DoD 5200.01 R, and AFI 31-401 to develop, review, and distribute Security Classification/ Declassification Guides.
: Conduct security container inspections; conduct SMC Security Manager Training for all SMC Security Managers; conduct security reviews of requests for public release of information, papers, and briefings in accordance with DoD 5200.01 R, and AFI 31-401
: Assist the SMC/ENP point of contact to conduct secure voice responsible officer duties for approximately 5 Secure Terminal Equipment (STE) secure phones
: Manage the handling of classified information in accordance with DoD 5200.1R & AFI 31-401 when/if security incidents occur
Desired Skills & Experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
: Bachelor's degree required.
: 3 (Jr), 5 (Mid), 8 (Sr), 12+ (SME) years experience in DOD acquisition security disciplines with relevant hands-on experience (Information, Personnel, Industrial, and Operations Security)
: Active security clearance at the appropriate level is required
: In-depth knowledge of DoD and Air Force security policies and practices.
: Experience using Microsoft Office products.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Masters degree preferred.
Air Force and SMC acquisition security experience preferred.
