REQUIREMENTS

AGE: Be at least 18 years of age

Education: High School Diploma or GED not required, must have good math skills

Entry Exam: none, all applicants will be interviewed and screened for placement

 

 

JOB READY

·         Have reliable transportation

·         Ability to work on a crew as a team member

·         Able to work outdoors in hot and sometimes wet weather

·         Able to work at various heights and or on sloped roofs

·         Perform work task of the trade, lift up to 80 lbs

 

WAGES & BENEFITS

·         Entry level apprentice $13.02 an hour plus Medical & Pension Benefits

·         Journeyman $26.03 an hour plus Medical & Pension Benefits

·         Foreman $28.53 an hour plus Medical & Pension Benefits

 

 

ADVANCEMENT

·         Paid on the job training

·         Enroll in our apprenticeship program

·         Complete all required stages of apprenticeship

·         Attend mandatory related training 2 Saturdays a month during school year

·         Credit given for prior experience in our industry
