IC, and ET instructor Job Opportunities

Navy “Interior Communication (IC)” Instructors
Seeking qualified candidates in support of Contract Instructional Services for the following systems:
Integrated Voice Communications System, Terminal Maintenance (Terminals)
Integrated Voice Communications System, AN/STC-2 (V) Maintenance Aegis (STC-2)
Integrated Navigation and Tactical Plotting System Maintenance (INTAPS)
Integrated Voice Communications Network System Maintenance (Basic/Advanced)
MARCOM Integrated Voice Communications System (IVCS)
Dead Reckoning Analyzer Indicator (MK9 MOD 4), Dead Reckoning Tracer (MK6 MOD4C)
Applicants shall have a high school diploma or equivalent. Each individual shall have at least three years of experience as a full-time instructor teaching a subject matter closely comparable to the occupational specialty. In addition, applicants shall have successfully performed in an equivalent or directly related specialty for six years. The three-year and six-year requirements may run concurrently.
Certification as a Navy Journeyman Instructor, Master Training Specialist or equivalent preferred.

Navy “Electronic Technician (ET)” Instructors
Seeking qualified candidates in support of Contract Instructional Services for the following systems:
High Frequency System Maintenance Technician (HF); to train selected Electronic Technicians (pay-grades E1 through E7) in the knowledge and skills to perform corrective and preventive maintenance on exterior shipboard HF communication systems and equipment.
Ultra High Frequency System Maintenance Technician (UHF); provide ET qualified personnel training to operate and maintain, under limited supervision, the equipment individually and as part of the Shipboard UHF Communications System.
Applicants shall have a high school diploma or equivalent. Each individual shall have at least three years of experience as a full-time instructor teaching a subject matter closely comparable to the occupational specialty.
