Guest Service Representative (San Ysidro)
Las Americas Premium Outlets is seeking for a reliable, responsible and friendly guest service representative to join our team at San Diego's largest outlet center. Reponsibilities include, but are not limited to: customer service (both shoppers and tenants), being able to answer questions regarding the center distribution of materials, i.e., brochures, coupon books, flat maps, clerical/administrative duties, etc. Must be familiar with MS Word and Excel. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Performance of the duties of Guest Services Representative requires a strong selling background, general mathematical aptitude, computer literacy in applicable software, strong communication skills and must be multi-task oriented. These skills can be obtained through a high school diploma and 1-2 years of customer service/sales background.
Incumbent will spend 100% of the time on feet when providing services to all internal and external customers. Must be able to effectively perform multiple tasks for up to 5 hours at a time. The incumbent must present a professional, pleasant and courteous appearance at all times, as he/she is the first point of contact representing the shopping center. The incumbent must remain calm and pleasant in stressful situations while maintaining a willingness to be helpful in fulfilling the Guest Services needs.
The Incumbent will be required to be available to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
