A.  Reliability Analyst

Job Summary

Perform reliability analyses utilizing repair and field maintenance data to identify
and isolate potential technical issues in product performance. Communicates conclusions
and provides recommendations for solutions. Works closely with engineering in resolving
technical issues and keeps PMO apprised for project planning and customer meetings.

Major Responsibilities


* Gather, synthesize and publish reliability analyses for communication to internal
teams and clients. Provides conclusions and recommendations in Reliability Reports
related to next steps involved in improving product performance/reliability.

Manages satellite operations staff responsible for providing satellite infrastructure
and application operations/services to customers (global satellite network operation).
Ensure the streamlined operation of the satellite network (including infrastructure
and applications) is in alignment with the department and business objectives. Plan,

C.  Satellite Network Engineer

Job Summary

Maintain correct technical operations of Panasonic's eXConnect satellite network.
This includes designing satellite network updates, monitor system performance and
diagnosing and fixing network problems.

as needed.
