Occupational Training Services (OTS) is a non-profit community-based organization serving San Diego’s employment and training needs for 39 years. OTS, in partnership with Second Chance operates the On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program to help fill needs for qualified workers, while providing financial reimbursement to employers for new hire training costs. This program is funded through the San Diego Workforce Partnership. It is designed to preserve and create jobs, promote the nation’s economic recovery, and to assist those most impacted by the recession.
