WORK SCHEDULE - A Program Aide works as scheduled by the
Program Manager and/or his/her designee. Overtime may be required as dictated
by operational needs, however, no holiday or overtime may be worked without the
prior approval of the Program Aide's supervisor. A Program Aide's schedule may
include evenings, early mornings, and weekends.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS – The Program Aide may spend long periods of time in a sitting position
(90% of the day). He/she may use a computer, which would involve repetitive finger,
hand and wrist motion and being able to see the computer screen (75% of the
day). Since the position calls for extensive phone communication, the Office
Assistant must have the ability to talk
and hear (90 % Day). Other
physical exertion could involve walking, climbing stairs, lifting, stretching, bending,
and etc. (70% of the day).
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS - The Program Aide must also demonstrate computer literacy. He/she
must be able to maintain records and
files including alpha, numeric and chronological records, have basic

Under close supervision of Warehouse Manager /
Warehouse Supervisor, responsible for the timely and accurate processing of
customer orders. Works from verbal
instructions or established work instructions.
Warehouse Associate I personnel are entry level, Salary TBD. Job
location: Poway, responsible for becoming proficient, through cross training,
in each of the following areas and to meet the productivity and quality levels
for the Warehouse Associate I position:
Order Picking / Order Restocking:

Efficiently pick
customer orders for shipment, ensuring the correct number and type of product
is selected. Picking is done manually or
on the carousel.
·
Fold and repack
garments and return to correct location.
·
Reload carousel
with replacement garments as needed, ensuring accuracy.
·
Carry or transport
orders to shipping or delivery locations either manually or using material
handling equipment.

Consolidate orders
through use of automated staging carousel and RF directed tote and box staging.

Check garments into
embroidery operations using Embtrak software.
