JOB SUMMARY:
Administers,
organizes and conducts documented training programs, including updates
and changes as they occur. Provides delivery of training in various
modalities: classroom,
small-groups, and individual meetings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivers functionally specific documented training programs, including updates and changes as they occur
- Delivers training in classrooms, small-groups, and individual settings
- Assists with the design, development and updating of training materials including manuals, desktop procedures, bulletins, computer based training modules, and student evaluation exams
- Assists with the development and maintenance of policies, procedures and guidelines that support the functional areas
- Monitors and stays current with functional procedural, administrative and system changes to ensure training and policies/ procedures are consistent
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related area
Experience:
- Two to three years experience delivering formal and informal training programs
- Experience delivering training for sales and / or call center positions a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to manage ongoing and multiple tasks in a fast paced changing environment
