Qualifications include at least two years of experience in the quick service industry, a minimum of two years experience supervising others and a high school education. Supervises crew members. Assistant Manager Supports the General Manager in effectively and efficiently managing a restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the Company to ensure guest satisfaction, profit maximization and development of high performing work teams which consist of shift managers and team members. This position reports to the General Manager. Qualifications include at least two years of experience in the quick service industry, a minimum of two years experience supervising others and a high school education. Supervisory Responsibilities Supervises Shift Managers and Crew Members. General Manager The Restaurant General Manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, hiring, termination and retention of team members, financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned. Leads the operation of our restaurants.
