Operations Manager

This position is in San Diego
One of our clients is looking for an Operation Manager.
Operations Manager will oversee daily operations that align with company goals and objectives, in addition to being responsible for database management, accounts payable, order fulfillment, and assisting with sales administration. 
Duties
  • Establish policies and procedures that improve upon operational systems, reduce operational costs, and increase revenue
  • Assist with negotiating contracts and budget matters pertaining to existing operations
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) utilizing QuickBooks and produce reports, as requested
  • Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, both domestic and international
  • Maintain inventory management software and databases
  • Assist with general operations and logistics for specific departments
  • Interface with sales department for sales administration
Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience as an Operations Manager, preferably for a medical device company
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • Strong background and work experience in Finance
  • Experience working with inventory management software
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and/or any windows based software
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Salary range: $60 000 to $75 000/year
