Earth Day at Southwestern College

Thank you for being a part of the1st Annual Southwestern College Earth Day Celebration 2014! We are very excited to have you at this ever growing event. As you know, you have been invited to be an attendant/vendor at the college main campus between the hours of 10-4pm April 22, held at SOUTHWESTERN COLLEGE 900 OTAY LAKES ROAD 91910. There will be a map of the campus and designated areas marked and labeled to give venue layout, no placements have been determaned for any attendee’s. If you or your organization have any special needs please arrange with the facilitators and or ASO for accommadations, (amps, special mixer, mics and cables, stands, power strips, etc.) you must provide. All performances are tentative and may be rescheduled to accommodate everyone's needs, including yours.

The Associated Student Organization and The Sustainable Research Alliance would like to provide as much media attention as possible for you and your group. They will promote this event via multiple media outlets as well as through all major social media networks along with magazines, newspaper, flyers and the festival program. For your benefit, I would like for you to provide me with a list including: organization name, names of attending members (speakers/dignitaries), your website, and all social media links, @ names, and important #hastags (only referring to your organization) including FB, YouTube, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, etc. Also, please provide a high resolution image that we can use, with permission.

As you may know, we rely on countless volunteers to make this event happen and your helping hand is greatly appreciated. With your permission, if we may contact your organization for future events and especially for Earth Day, to show our appreciation, as long you allow us.
