Announces Job Openings For: 

Management Analyst (2 Full-Time Positions)/Senior Management Analyst (1 Position)
Port Hueneme, CA

The Patriot Group is recruiting for a two Management Analyst and one Senior Management Analyst. The two Management Analyst, the first one is for Presentation Development and the other for Directives and Instructions. These positions are in support of the U.S. Navy in Port Hueneme, CA and are contingent on award of contract. 

Management Analyst (Presentation Development)
Must be able to speak, write and understand English well.

Must have active Secret Security Clearance.

Background and Experience:
  • Demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years civilian or military experience in a position that is related to developing presentations, graphics, and slides for use byCommand leadership to brief dignitaries, political leaders, and military leadership.
  • Demonstrate experience with Microsoft PowerPoint with emphasis on ability to create slides with a common look, font, headers, margins, bullets, and other unifying characteristics.Demonstrate ability to convert information from various sources, including Microsoft Word,Excel and other sources into PowerPoint graphics.
  • Demonstrate experience in formulating data, unifying presentation into an intelligent flow of information and ideas, provide alternatives and recommended slide format solutions based on material for presentation (may be constructed from scratch) based on supporting material or be modified from existing slides and used for different presentation.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills including ability to communicate, both orally and in writing.Demonstrate ability to brief senior leaders and to incorporate senior leader inputs into presentation edits and updates.
Pay: TBD based on experience.

Management Analyst (Directives/Instructions)
Must have active Secret Security Clearance.

Background and Experience:
  • Demonstrate a minimum of four (4) years civilian or military experience in a position related to developing, drafting, formatting, and revising various documents, instructions, memorandum, letters, and other official documentation.
  • Demonstrate solid command of the English language, both written and oral.
  • Demonstrate understanding of punctuation, capitalization, establishment of margins, page numbering, and other aspects of finalizing an official document in its final publishable format.
  • Demonstrate experience with formatting publications in accordance with established criteria,most importantly, Navy Correspondence criteria, with the ability to use Microsoft Word, ability to merge various formats, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and other sources, into a single document and instruction.
  • Demonstrate ability to provide technical and process assistance to others on procedures for drafting and/or revising instructions, memorandum, and other official documentation.
  • Demonstrate ability to brief senior leaders and to incorporate senior leader inputs into final documentation.
Education: Strong command of the English language is needed for successful performance. Must be able to speak, write and understand English well. 

Pay: TBD based on experience.

Senior Management Analyst (Combat Systems Manager Support)
Must have active Secret Security Clearance.

Background and Experience:
  • Posses five (5) years experience with Navy AEGIS andAEGIS Ballistic Missile Defense Combat Systems Maintenance.
  • Must have knowledge of maintenance and modernization aspects of the Littoral Combat Ship(LCS) and the Board of Inspection and Survey (INSURV) scheduling, status, and waiver decisionprocess. Demonstrate experience with developing decision papers, point papers, directives, and policy.
  • Must be confortable with and be able to brief senior leaders. Demonstrate experience with developing briefings and presentations for military Flag level senior leaders.
Education: BA or BS Degree from an accredited college or university is required. Practical knowledge of AEGIS and AEGIS Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) Combat Systems maintenance and operations is required.

 Pay: TBD based on experience.
