Job Opening: Computer Aided Design and Drawing Coordinator - Port Hueneme, CA

 CA.

Background and Experience:
  • Have a minimum of four (4) years experience in preparingAutoCAD Construction, Proposal, As-Built and/or Architectural drawings to supportmaintenance, repair or construction project work.
  • Experienced with the United States Department of Defense Tri-Service CADD/GIS Standards.
  • Experienced with developing multilayered 2 dimensional drawings building drawingsthat contain Architectural, Emergency Evacuation and Utility Shutoff, furniture layout,telecommunication drops, civil, electrical, general, mechanical, plumbing, structural, window, doorand hardware schedules, reflective ceilings dimensions, lighting, switchgear, emergency power andlighting HVAC, Fire alarm and suppression systems, Civil mass notification systems andHazmat storage and locations.
  • Have experience in creating 3 dimensional surface and/or CAD models of buildings andtheir components for use in the creation of building remodeling or reconfiguration.Furniture, cubicle placement for planning and configuration purposes. 
Education: BA or BS Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred, but notrequired. Knowledge of computer programs used to develop blueprint drawings is needed forsuccessful performance. Must be able to speak, write and understand English well.

Pay TBD base on experience
