Facility Specialist (Full-Time/Contingent Position) - Port Hueneme, CA
Facility Specialist (Strategic Planning)
Position is contingent on award of contract. Must have active Secret Security Clearance.
Background and Experience:
- Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in governmentfacilities management practices.
- Experience with the Navy Shore Facilities Planning process, with workingknowledge of Basic Facility Requirements (BFRs), Facility Planning Documents (FPDs),Property Record Cards, and Facility Planning documentation.
- Experience with developing all phases of planned MILCON project by preparingDD1391, preparing Economic Analysis using ECONPACK, preparing Integrated Priority Lists(IPLs) and preparing MILCON briefing materials for various review venues, including costsestimates and alternative comparison analysis.
- Develop facility master plans to support Command objectives and strategic plans.
- Possess experience with Capital Improvement Program (CIP) funding/project development alternatives toMILCON.
- Must have confidence with the ability to brief senior leaders.
Education: Have at minimum a BA or BS Degree in business or engineering related fieldf rom an accredited college or university, preferably in civil engineering.
Pay TBD base on experience
