The brokerage, retirement and wealth group is taking part in a multi-channel initiative designed to build an aligned customer experience. The initiative seeks to ensure that customers can move seamlessly across lines of business and modes of interaction - from the internet to mobile, on the phone or in person at a branch.
A senior vice president for strategy has turned to M Squared for program management expertise within the multi-channel initiative already in flight.
Our work will focus on taking the reins as our client moves over to lead another enterprise initiative. We will work within the client's established PMO structure to provide formalized program management leadership to complete this large initiative for the brokerage, retirement and wealth division.
Definition of Success
Initial success will be assured with the complete transition of program management responsibilities to the M Squared Consulting professional. This hand-off will leave our client with no concern for credible reporting and will ensure an engaged partnership with executive stakeholders. In turn, our program management leadership will support initiative success by ensuring completion of multiple projects that will enable customers to moveseamlessly across lines of business and modes of interaction.
Our Approach
M Squared Consulting will join the brokerage, retirement and wealth group of this diversified financial services enterprise, bringing program management leadership to the division's ongoing multi-channel initiative. Engagement Logistics
