Engineering Technician in anticipation of a bid award. The position will be located

* Ability to review technical engineering specifications and statements of work

THE POSITION: Under general supervision, performs manual and semi-skilled work in
the operation of heavy and complex automotive refuse collection and recycling equipment
such as, but not limited to, front loader, side loader, grinder and windrow turner;
and performs other work as required.

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES: The following typical tasks and responsibilities are representative
of this class. They are descriptive, not limiting. Essential Duties: Efficiently
 organizes and operates collection routes; operates a one-person, or on occasion
 a two-person, automated, semi-automated, or manual loading refuse truck or front
loading refuse truck used in the collection of various sized waste containers. Drives
a refuse collection vehicle to an assigned route; collects refuse from residences
and /or commercial buildings along the route; moves truck as necessary; assists
in the collection process; attaches, dumps, detaches, and replaces detachable bins
on assigned route; tags illegal refuse containers and improperly prepared refuse;
drives full refuse truck to the appropriate facility for disposal or recycling;
operates the necessary hoisting mechanisms for unloading; drives truck back to assigned
route or to city yard; maintains simple time records; reports on defects in the
refuse truck being used; communicates service situations by radio; may operate and
maintain the wood grinder and other material handling equipment at the recycling
 facility; leads crew work; and performs related work as required.

engineering experience in the design of C4 iSTAR systems and will be responsible

E. Gulf Cooperation Council, GCC, Navy Technical Program Director

ISC has a firm opening for a Navy Operational SME located in the Gulf Cooperation
Council, GCC. This individual shall perform the following activities:

The Program Director (TPD) is an experienced director and would have previously
been responsible for team leadership, achieving milestones and deliverables, problem
resolution and customer facing. The TPD has 15 years' experience in C4 iSTAR systems
concept development, requirements capture in similar programs and can lead document
writing for both operational and project management deliverables. Working closely
with naval key stakeholder's architects who have input to the development of concepts,
Operational and System requirements (URD/SRD), the TPD is the lead author of all
 project deliverables. The TPD will be employed by the Navy C4 iSTAR and is team
 lead and the direct interface with the Navy C4 iSTAR committee.

in and contribute immediately to our SkyRouter platform.

* Required to work in house at our La Jolla headquarters above the Crab Catcher
restaurant overlooking the Cove.  This is a real unique and amazing office location

Blue Sky Network is an asset tracking company.  Tracking is done with our hardware
(manufactured in house) using GSM or Iridium satellite network on aviation, land,
and sea assets for real time tracking.  To back up the hardware is our SkyRouter
 portal where assets are tracked and managed real time through a web portal.  Business
is booming we need some good A+ talent to help develop integration of new products
and continue development of our SkyRouter portal.

Required 3+ years related or equivalent:
