LABOR READY POSITONS, OCEANSIDE

Labor Ready in Oceanside is having a hard time filling the following positions:

 

·        Landscapers (with some experience)

·        Production Workers (for assembly line positions)

 

They are felony friendly

Bilingual candidates are ALWAYS preferred!

 

The process to become an employee of Labor Ready:

·        1^st step is for the candidate to pass a behavioral screening.  These are done every Monday and Tuesday from 9am to noon

If they do not pass this screening they will not be eligible to take it again for 1 year.

 

·        2^nd step is once the behavioral screening is done, the candidate will come back for the safety quiz (this is an open book test) and the orientation.  This is done every Thursday.
