Apartment Community Security Post Commander – Linda Vista https://www.appone.com/
The successful Post Commander duties include but are not limited to the following:
· The close supervision of the security personnel on-site, the management of the security program and the day-to-day liaison between the Property Manager and Universal Protection Service.
· In managing this on-site security force, the Post Commander provides the leadership, direction, guidelines and procedural framework within which the staff will operate.
· Must have management, supervisory, communicative and interpersonal skills, and must be able to be flexible and operate on an "emergency/on-call basis".
Additionally, well-qualified candidate will already possess California Guard License and have 3 years of supervisory experience preferably in security and/or in-person customer service. This role is expected to be able to resolve customer complaints/issues in person at the site via verbal communication.
Schedule: Full-time; 40 hrs/wk; Monday – Friday 6 AM - 2 PM
Pay: $12.00/hr
