Duties:

CACI has an immediate opening for an Information Security Engineer at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Port Hueneme, CA.  This individual will:
  • Provide analysis in the development of technical solutions to satisfy NSWC PHD IT customer requirements in support IT Navy Certification and Accreditation (C&A).
  • Conduct analyses to determine IA requirements applicable to given various systems and network architectures; implementing best practices of products and solutions to satisfy applicable IA requirements; and developing security architectures that satisfy the IA requirements.
  • Develop Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation (C&A) documentation.
  • Analyze given system or network, document its security features, and describe how those features address applicable security requirements.
  • Ensure that C&A documentation will be provided in a standardized IAW DoD Intelligence Information Systems Security Certification & Accreditation Guide, DS-2610-142-01 and Director of Central Intelligence Directive (DCID) 6/3, "Protecting Sensitive Compartmented Information Within Information Systems" references.
Required Qualifications:
  • Must have CISSP certification
  • Typically requires bachelor's degree (bachelor's in MIS or Computer Science is desired)
  • 2-4 years of experience directly related to network system security and security compliance.
  • Experience in DoD and DON IA Policy, DoDI 8510.01, DoDI 8500.2 (DoD IA Implementation Instruction and DON DIACAP Handbook).
  • Must have Security Plus certification
  • Must possess the skills to implement Group Policy Objects (GPO) in compliance with the DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG).
  • Must be able to take responsibility for compliance of IA Vulnerability Assessments (IAVA) IAW SECNAV 5239.1.
  • Must have an active SECRET clearance.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Ten years' experience directly related to the operation of Major Network Systems and Systems Security Compliance in a DoD/DON environment.
  • Experience in analyzing system specifications and requirements to derive approaches for implementation of support programs in mixed environments.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership to analyze high-level requirements and create effective design specifications suitable for procurement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

CACI is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable technical Program Management Analyst for a Navy Surface Ship Program Management contract at our Dahlgren, VA location. The successful candidate will support various technical and programmatic requirements for Warfare Systems Program Office, AEGIS Directorate, NSWC Dahlgren, VA.   • Working with the government/fleet sponsors, assisting in the development of engineering products, presentations, and milestone meetings.
  • Traditional program management support experience which has been acquired in a relevant area such as surface ship combat system development, weapon system development, and/or combat and/or weapon system computer program(s) development/certification. 
  • Experience in project definition, planning, tracking, and presentation generation; engineering programmatic support; quality assurance (QA); configuration management (CM); metrics collection and analysis; coordination; process improvement and implementation; product tracking and delivery.
  • Experience in compilation of data products and generation of weekly/monthly reports.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively across technical and management personnel.
  • Ability to multi-task and fill emergent task requests.
  • Must have an active DoD Secret security clearance.
Desired Qualifications:
Program Executive Office (PEO) Integrated Warfare System (IWS) Sponsor Organization experience highly desirable.

An award-winning Southern New Mexico Community hospital is seeking an experienced Infection Control Practitioner. The role includes participation on the hospital's Quality Team assuring patient safety through infection control in the environment of care.
