Manpower is currently looking for positive, service-focused & engaging candidates for a Seasonal Customer Service role with a company committed to their customer’s WOW experience! In this position, you’ll be responsible for helping customers with order placements, product inquires, and service issues. The role requires strong computer skills, a high sense of urgency, exceptional customer support and excellent listening skills.
Responsibilities:
Managing a heavy volume of incoming calls
Helping customers place orders, answering inquiries about products & services and offering product recommendations
Provide a high degree of customer support by resolving issues relating to billing, delivery, etc.
Promptly and accurately process orders
Establish relationships with outside carriers to verify deliveries as needed
Follow established guidelines and training models to build an engaging relationship with customers
Have a positive attitude while supporting clients
Answer incoming calls promptly in order to place orders, help with selections, and go over quality, delivery, and billing questions
Assist in resolving issues and escalating calls when needed
Contact carriers when necessary
Problem solving
Qualifications:
Previous customer service in a call center or retail environment
Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
Professional written communication skills: grammar, spelling
Must have strong attention to detail
The ability to handle high volume phone work and interact with the public
Must have working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Must be able to work the week prior to the holidays and on the holiday
Hours: Early morning hours starting as early as 3:00am, 4:00am, and 5:00am as well as afternoon shifts
Pay: 10.00/hr
