    • Responsible for leading  the retail sales channel in delivering assigned Cox products and service sales goals  while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Develops and implements retail sales strategies for Cox Communications and serves as a strategic partner in the overall operation of the organization.  Exceeds growth and profit objectives by maximizing the retail sales of individual and bundled Cox video, voice and data services. Results driven sales professional that demonstrates strong interpersonal skills in Coaching, Developing and Inspiring, holding teams accountable in delivering exceptional results.

    • Responsible for driving the retail sales channel for Cox products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by handling customer requests, inquiries and complaints regarding orders, billing and service in a professional manner.

  • 4/21/14 - Store Manager II, San Diego – Requisition ID: 142072
    • Responsible for managing all store operations including a team of sales and sales support employees with the focus of driving sales of Cox Services while keeping a laser focus on efficient operations to ensure maximum profitability.  Pro-actively monitors store revenues, store operational targets, customer satisfaction, inventory and shrink.  Responsible for assessing local competitors, their assortments, and pricing trends to ensure their store remains consumer relevant and competitively positioned.

Vice President-Outside Plant Maintenance & Construction – Job ID 46480:  Location; San Diego, CA.  The Regional Vice President-Outside Plant Maintenance and Construction is responsible for ensuring the timely design, construction, and operation of the "Outside Plant Network", from the MTC to the line of demarcation with Field Services.  Leads design, construction, operations and maintenance of the outside plant.  The position is responsible for the RF systems operating over the HFC and fiber access network, including Cox Business fiber plant.  Role ensures network design and operating specifications comply with established Cox engineering standards and practices.  Oversees and leads the local Field Network Technicians and Outside Plant Construction ensuring network reliability and maintenance practices are followed.  Develops plans and procedures that reduce plant and network impact to the overall customer experience.  Works cross functionally as a knowledgeable and participative member of the local Cox Senior Team

LEC / Margin Analyst II – Type II COE – Job ID 46466:  Located in San Diego, CA, Function as a member of the Type II (off-net) regional Center of Excellence.  Identify margin assurance opportunities through the analysis/assessment of data and business processes and create potential solutions.  Establish programs and controls to reduce expense exposure.  Identify cost saving opportunities and ensure quality control measures in place throughout the Type II/off-net process flow to ensure profit margins maximized, solid data integrity in tracking tools (ICOMs, Granite, Bill Track Pro and Order Management System) and carrier performance metrics achieved.  Develop plans and implement corrective action if needed.
