Job Requirements:  Please send us candidates that have sales experience.  They must have computer literacy, speak with a professional demeanor and possess the skills to navigate through a sales cycle, and close the sale on the telephone.  They will have sales goals to meet.  The sales reps will be selling for Time Warner Cable, COX Communications and other Fortune 100 companies.
All applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check and pass a drug screen. Please do not send anyone over who cannot fulfill these requirements. Please ASK the potential sales rep if they will be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen before you send them to us.

Products to be Sold:  They will be selling Digital Phone, High Speed Internet and All Cable plans. The sales prospects are current customers as well as non-subscribers.
Shift hours:  Full time 8 hour per day shifts, start time can vary from 8:00am to 8:00pm and the reps are expected to work 4-8 hours on Saturday's at this time.

Interviews:  We will be scheduling interviews from 8:00am - 3:30pm.
Training:  There will be a training class scheduled every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00am to 6:30pm until further notice. Training is paid at $8 per hour for the 4 days of training. Training consists of classroom time as well as floor time on the phones.

Compensation:  The sales reps will be paid a base of $8 to $10 per/ hour depending on experience. They will be able to qualify for commissions as well as daily incentives. We conduct a 90 day review of their performance and their attendance, those that have positive results may qualify for a higher base pay.

Commitment:   We are asking that these candidates make a long term (one year minimum), commitment to working at our firm.
