I am in the midst of recruiting for the Valet Division and will need to hire approximately 30 more people over the next couple of weeks to work throughout the Spring/Summer. This is the busy season for us and a great time to make money! Valet positions work great for those who are looking for pick-up work on the weekends, holidays, etc in addition to their regular jobs and also for those who are looking for part-time work while they are putting themselves through school (my veteran students come to mind here). Valets work in a variety of locations such as hotels, Padres, Qualcomm events, and special events at private homes.
Minimum qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- Minimum age 18;
- Valid DL;
- No more than two moving violations on their driving record;
- Ability to comply with our grooming standards;
- Demonstrate exceptional oral communication skills by conveying information effectively;
- The ability to drive both a manual and automatic transmission is strongly preferred.
If the candidate receives an invitation for a group interview, s/he should be able to dress and represent themselves professionally. Second interviews are always required for my valet positions. So, interested candidates should leave about 7 - 10 days to receive an ultimate response/get through the hiring process.
