Position Overview
The Retrofit Sales Representative is primarily responsible for executing on sales objectives, generating and qualifying new business opportunities, and promoting, selling, and supporting the brand.
This position requires the availability to work evenings and Saturdays.
Essential Functions
* Work with Branch Manager and/or Sales Manager to identify sales strategies.
* Provide timely feedback to branch/sales management, sales team members and prospects/customers; share new business practices.
* Communicate with prospects and customers via phone, face-to-face, email, and fax.
* Develop/manage positive working relationships with prospects and customers.
* Perform rough measurements in the field and off plans.
* Document customer and prospect data and results.
* Process bids and follow-up with customer to close the sale.
* Schedule jobs working in coordination with Production Manager.
* Be an expert in branch products, services, and industry.
* Professionally represent branch at industry tradeshows, professional associations, and customer sites.
* Employ and maintain customer relationship management database.
* Participate in on-going product and sales training programs.
Desired Skills & Experience
BA/BS in business or technical area or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of one (1) year previous in-home sales experience required, preferably in the windows industry (or other building materials)
Demonstrated ability to sell and effectively close sales

The Tactical Library is an information resource center that contains over 5,500 catalogued items, the majority of which are classified. The Tactical Library's material is military and tactical in nature, in support of TTGP's war-fighting training mission. As a Tactical Librarian you will be responsible for maintaining 100% accountability of publications and constant maintenance/updating of materials. Applicants must be available to work full time. The Tactical Library operates from 0700-1630 daily. Hours may be occasionally extended to support class schedules and patron needs and scheduling must remain flexible. A thorough understanding of security classification procedures, in accordance with SECNAV instructions, is imperative. Materials are classified up-to SECRET//NOFORN and applicants will need to have a current and active SECRET clearance.
Position Scope:
* Responsible for maintenance of files and records on incoming/destroyed documents.
* Research, control, issue, receive and maintain overall accountability of tactical documents.

Job Description
As a key member of our Recruiting Team, the Contract Recruiter/Sourcer will work directly with the Recruiting Team to identify, source and hire talent for a variety of roles throughout CIM’s departments and entities. The Contract Recruiter/Sourcer will utilize strategic sourcing methodologies, business intelligence, internal and external networks, professional organizations, and technology tools in support of strategic business objectives. This position is a Contract position for a minimum of three months with the possibility of extending the contract, as needed.
* Partner with Recruiting Team to identify workforce needs, and search assignments.
* Effectively assess competency needs for roles and build an effective sourcing strategy to develop and maintain a highly qualified and diverse candidate pool.
* Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting and sourcing techniques.
* Conduct research and investigate new ideas to execute innovate sourcing strategies. Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, social media, cold calling, complex internet searches, events and industry research.
* Source active candidates from on-line databases/job boards, contacts lists, internal databases, and employee referrals.
* Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
* Document post-interview feedback with interview teams and candidates.
* Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure compliance
* Assist with special recruiting projects as needed.
* Proactively develop a pipeline of talent to ensure continued identification and movement of candidates.
* Conduct thorough screen with candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications and ensure timely and accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system.
* In coordination with the recruiting team, communicate to candidates a compelling and consistent message that align with the company brand and values ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* Track, monitor and report on recruitment sourcing activities.
Desired Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) required.
* Minimum 3 years of full cycle recruiting/sourcing experience in a corporate staffing, professional search or agency setting.
* Experience with Boolean logic, hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter required.

The Trident Production Program Manager will be responsible for the leadership and execution of the Trident CCA Production Contracts. The individual will be responsible for technical, schedule, and cost performance for all Trident CCA production and parts procurement. The Electronics Technician Maintenance II applies basic and some advanced technical knowledge to solve routine problems by interpreting manufacturers' manuals or similar documents. Work requires familiarity with the interrelationships of circuits and judgment in planning work sequence, in selecting tools, testing instruments, and is reviewed for compliance with accepted practices. This technician works under immediate supervision and achieves technical guidance, as required, from supervisor or higher-level technician.
Manufacture, repair, and install fiber optic, network, coaxial and electrical cables and connectors.

Candidate must have the ability to obtain an Interim Security Clearance (or transfer) in a timely manner, and maintain a US Government (DoD) Secret Clearance for this position on the SCORE Contract.

Must be able to maintain and operate, high and low power radar, and microwave components. Must be proficient in the use of a wide range of electronic test equipment; and be able to interpret engineering drawings and sketches. Experience with Motorola radio networks, fiber optics; HF, VHF, UHF, and Acoustic transmitters and receivers are desirable.
Education: Graduation from an accredited trade school, applicable military service program or proven performance gained through experience in the field of electronics maintenance and repair is required.
Other Special Equipment or Skills: Candidate will be proficient in written and verbal English language skills. Candidate must be able to stand, see, reach, balance 50 to 75 percent of the time and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. 25 to 50 percent of the time. Job Description
The purpose of this position is to provide leadership for and manage Towed Decoy programs to set program strategy and vision, and provide tactical direction for effective program execution by a multifunctional team and sub-contractors. Acts as primary point of contact for the program and is responsible for meeting contractual commitments including the financial, quality, technology, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) to meet company expectations Manages program in accordance with Raytheon PM Best Practices including but not limited to cost, schedule, technical performance, supplier performance and risk and opportunity management. Responsible to achieve specific financial goals and obligations such as internal financial forecasting and planning, OMS, AOP, EACs, projections for bookings, sales, profit and cash.
