What is the Persistics Program All About?
It is a collaborative effort involving multiple Department of Defense partners that leverages the brightest minds in research to solve problems and put research into practice. Some of the areas you will explore include advanced image stabilization, high fidelity moving object segmentation, representation and compression, and efficient large format data processing utilizing the most advanced techniques in efficient out-of-core stream based computation.

If you are added to the team, you will develop expertise with respect to heterogeneous multi-core processing on Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) and cell-based clusters.  Sounds cool, right? It is, and it will support your interest in harnessing your brainpower to leave your legacy and make the planet safer. Expect to work closely with external research and engineering teams; internal interactions will be with team members, peers, project leadership, and program management, and more as this is not to a role involving confinement to a cubicle.

Summary:

Role Players. Replicate civilians that are scenario driven that act out their specific roles as provided by SOF customer. Role Players can replicate the highest levels of military and government civilians to villagers in a foreign country tribal region. Role payers will work inside and outside in all types of weather, stand for long periods of time and require some walking, jumping, waiving and yelling. Role Players will be treated with mock situations to train military and special operations forces. Role Players may wear foreign clothes and makeup.
Senior Military Advisors:
Minimum 25+ years of experience in sensitive U.S. Government activities within the Intelligence Special Operations and interagency community. Expert in the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES), National Strategy and its application in a rapidly developing Counter Terrorism (CT) environment. Replicate senior interagency decision-maker equities within respective subject matter areas as required in special operations-related exercises.

Our client is seeking an experienced and savvy Corporate Development Manager who oversees and executes complex financial analysis and valuation of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) opportunities, which efforts require in-depth knowledge of financial statements and Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP) and expertise in various valuation methodologies. The Chosen candidate also conducts detailed due diligence investigations, assessing market/industry dynamics, all aspects of target company capabilities and performance, and possible transaction consequences for our client. The mission of our client's Corporate Development department is to assess, define and enable differentiated strategies aligned with business priorities. The department supports Long Range Business Planning development and implementation, coordinates development of strategic initiatives and executes and integrates corporate development transactions.
Responsibilies
* Leverages project management skills to ensure cross-functional engagement and accountability throughout M&A process.
* Develops key messages and prepares and presents presentations for M&A decision-making and communications, including CEO and Board approval of M&A transactions.
* Provides analytic and presentation support to CD leadership across a variety of strategic priorities, interacting regularly with various intenal executive leadership.

Specific responsibilities
* Transaction leadership and support including coordination of due diligence, deal structuring and post-closing performance evaluation, interacting regularly with internal and external constituencies
* Effective and efficient communication of M&A activity -
* Support for CD priorities outside M&A execution including enterprise strategic priorities and Long Range Business Planning analysis - M&A process oversight with a focus on continuous improvement to the due diligence, valuation and approval processes
* Oversight and execution of financial modeling and valuation analyses for M&A activities
* Establishment and coordination of departmental priorities to ensure continued maturation of our client's M&A capabilities, including development of the CD team
* Active oversight of CD compliance requirements
