What is the Persistics Program All About?
It is a collaborative effort involving multiple Department of Defense partners that leverages the brightest minds in research to solve problems and put research into practice. Some of the areas you will explore include advanced image stabilization, high fidelity moving object segmentation, representation and compression, and efficient large format data processing utilizing the most advanced techniques in efficient out-of-core stream based computation.
If you are added to the team, you will develop expertise with respect to heterogeneous multi-core processing on Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) and cell-based clusters. Sounds cool, right? It is, and it will support your interest in harnessing your brainpower to leave your legacy and make the planet safer. Expect to work closely with external research and engineering teams; internal interactions will be with team members, peers, project leadership, and program management, and more as this is not to a role involving confinement to a cubicle.

Summary:

Role Players will be treated with mock situations to train military and special operations forces. Role Players may wear foreign clothes and makeup.
Senior Military Advisors:
Minimum 25+ years of experience in sensitive U.S. Government activities within the Intelligence Special Operations and interagency community. Job Description
DESCRIPTION:
As the primary liaison between Agency and Client the Account Director leads multiple client engagements including: providing strategic leadership, supporting ongoing business development efforts, managing client satisfaction and expectations, and the development of marketing and communication plans.
You will work tirelessly and ethically to earn and keep each clients' respect and confidence and be seen as a trusted advisor who brings value to their business through articulate communication, creative excellence, innovative solutions and measured success. You will oversee internal and vendor resources to ensure consistent delivery on behalf of the agency and will work continually to identify new opportunities. Your strong commitment and understanding of the client relationships and their business, consistent performance, and entrepreneurial spirit will ensure success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own multiple client relationships including maintaining effective working relationships with client counterparts while developing a thorough understanding of their goals and KPI's
• Put both the client and agency interests at the heart of your decision-making
• Translate client requirements into agency requirements and develop clear documentation and communication such as: account plans, program plans, internal and external briefing documents, and statements of work
• Adhere to agreed upon strategies and client brand guidelines
• Perform client discovery and research and disseminate to all team members
• Lead the development of program strategies, measureable objectives and tactics for all client initiatives
• Manage team members and identify appropriate resources
• Ensure that all work delivered is on strategy, accurate, consistent and reflective of the agency's quality standards
• Coordinate all departments to plan, execute and deliver integrated programs
• Manage and garner appropriate approvals for project milestones, budget allocations, financial billings and revenue recognition
• All other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous experience in a full-service, digital or direct response agency environment
• Proven ability to manage complex client engagements
• Competent leader with strong management skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success in "owning" high-quality programs that have provided measurable and meaningful results
• Excellent verbal, visual, and written presentation skills -- specifically speaking with clarity and confidence and writing concise presentations and proposals
• Strong communication skills, exposure to research and analytics and the ability to craft business documentation
• Ability to adapt to workload and working conditions while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree with 7 - 10 years experience, with a minimum of 4 years experience in digital, direct response experience a strong plus
