Position Summary:
Perform chipset evaluation based upon engineering specifications. Troubleshoot complex electrical circuits as well as mechanical equipment relating to the testing of chipsets. Work closely with the engineering staff to perform tests on chipset and provide analysis of test results. Setup bench testing of chipsets and test equipment used in manufacturing and software design. Run production testing.
The candidate must be familiar with, RF circuits, complex digital circuits, Unix and/or DOS, mechanical troubleshooting, and have in depth knowledge of test equipment. The candidate needs to have excellent troubleshooting skills and have the ability to follow detailed engineering directions.
Education: Technical degree/certificate or military equivalent.

Job Duties:
Assist with the preparation and submittal of bids for renewable energy and energy efficiency projects including identifying labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
Supervise construction job sites and installation crews including primary responsibility to prepare and oversee the company’s safety program.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
Significant experience as a general contractor/construction manager for industrial and/or commercial construction; experience with public works is strongly preferred and experience with renewable energy or energy efficiency is a plus.
Experience as a responsible managing employee (RME) and the ability to qualify as an RME in California. Evidence of a clean and transferable California General Contractor License required.

SUMMARY
The Production Manager(PM) is responsible for managing all activities on the production floor. The PM is knowledgeable about all activities in relation to production in a sheet metal fabrication environment. The PM directly supports the company in meeting its goals by ensuring that production quotas are met while keeping customers satisfied. This position requires strong customer service skills, supervisory skills, motivational skills, and negotiating skills.

Specific Responsibilities: Responsible for counseling and case management services to those youth and families as assigned. Maintain data collection and contract compliance of records as required. Ensure that services are provided and documentation is completed as outlined by the Treatment Team(s). Attend and participate in weekly Treatment Team Meetings to address treatment goals and behavioral interventions for foster youth. Maintain a good working knowledge of various attachment and trauma-informed interventions to be utilized with youth. Assist foster parents by providing intensive counseling, psycho-education, rehabilitation and independent living skills to foster youth. Provide intensive in-home support to the foster family through coaching, psycho-education, demonstration, problem-solving and resource development to strengthen the child/parent relationship toward treating trauma and increasing functioning. Qualifications: Associates degree in Social Sciences and two and one half years of experience working with emotionally disturbed children in an institutional setting or a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or social-service related field, with six months counseling or case-management experience with emotionally disturbed children in an institutional setting. Experience with Foster Care system, Wrap-Around Service delivery model, and knowledge of applicable community resources helpful. Must possess excellent oral and written skills; work well autonomously and with multiple people/disciplines. Must be computer literate. Must have reliable vehicle, relevant auto insurance, a clean driving record, and willing to drive throughout San Diego County (mileage reimbursement available). Transition Case Manager (SDYS0213) SB

Specific Responsibilities: Provide case management, independent living skills assessments, life skills/health education groups and crisis intervention services to aid youth in transitioning from emergency shelter to transitional or permanent housing.
