Position Description:
The Administrative Assistant supports the NSCS
Executive Education and International Program office and the C&A

AMP is designed to equip senior officers (O-5 or
O-5 select) and DoD civilians (GS-13 or above) with the tools necessary

shall be required to return all passes to the COR. Upon completion of

The client's hours of operation are between 0700

SUMMARY: This person should have a strong
understanding of SharePoint 2007 and 2010 and SharePoint Portals and
related technologies in the Microsoft stack. That knowledge should be
represented by the implementation and customization of SharePoint
Portals, content management sites or web-based collaborative
workspaces. Government experience is recommended though not required.

SUMMARY
Manages the activities of product lines / projects
/ programs involving department or cross-functional teams. Focuses on
delivery within prescribed time fame and funding parameters. Monitors
the product line / program / project from initiation through delivery.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviews
project proposal or plan to determine time frame, procedures for
accomplishing project, and allotment of available resources to
various phases of project; reports findings to management.
- Confers with
project staff to outline work plan and responsibilities.
- Coordinates
activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on
schedule and within prescribed budget.
- Compiles
status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules
or plans as required; prepares project reports for management,
client, or others.
