Visitor
Services Manager
The
California Welcome Center – Oceanside
Operated
by Visit Oceanside, The California Welcome Center – Oceanside is one of the
Official Welcome Centers for the state tourism office, Visit California.
The Center receives over 100,000 visitors annually from around the country and
world.
The
Visitor Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily activities at
the Center. It is the goal of the Center to provide a concierge level of
service for visitors to Oceanside. The manager will be responsible for
instilling a high level of customer service for visitors and stakeholders as
well generate visitor center sponsorships and brochure distribution, oversee
volunteers and visitor center coordinators, prepare visitor center reports,
oversee the retail store and work as liaison with the CWC program at the State.
Visitor Services Manager reports to CEO and President.
