Description:
Located in Norfolk, VA, the CV-SHARP Support Analyst provides broad, in-depth services
to Naval Aviation Aircraft Carriers, and TYCOM's by maximizing and enhancing use
of application functionality as training management systems (TMS).
Specific duties include:
* Technical Assistance - Respond rapidly to customer issues via email, telephone,

Requirements & Experience:
Major or equivalent years of experience:
* Extensive background in Naval Carrier Training, specifically, Training and Readiness
management. In-depth knowledge of CV-SHARP, ADW, NTIMS, and DRRS-N.
* Full understanding of the data flow from the entry point on the CVN to the display
in DRRS-N and be able to analyze the flow and accuracy of Training Readiness data
at all points in the data pipeline.
* Experience with daily system administration of Windows servers and client workstations
to include installation, configuration, backup management, hardware/software troubleshooting.
* Formal degree or computer certification a plus but not required. Preferred certifications

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Provides support to the logistics function preparing logistics documentation to
establish the range and depth of spares, tools, test equipment and related manuals
to be deployed and stocked. Determines maintenance and repair materials required
for deployment. Modifies maintenance records such as repair standards for more
complex equipment or components. Reviews configuration changes to evaluate impact
on logistics deployment; documents equipment, component and parts conditions; identifies

The Executive Assistant will be an integral part of the MBDi Team. They will be
primarily responsible for providing the Coordination, Organization and Administrative
support to our senior management and business development team. The position will

* Past experience supporting VP of BD or in sales operations role is a big plus
* Demonstrated reliability and proficiency in multi-tasking in a fast-paced office
environment.
* Highly professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Editing experience
a plus
