Job Duties:
Summary of Position A Junior Technical Recruiter is responsible for learning about Kineticoms business, our clients, job opportunities, and the elements of recruiting. A Junior Recruiter must also meet the quality and quantity metrics that Kineticom has established for this role. Ensure that Kineticoms clients and candidates rate Kineticom as their best performing recruiting company in quality and quantity of candidates and care. Core Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. -Understand the core business of Kineticom. Successfully and consistently meets the established metrics for this position, including gross profit. Review resumes of candidates and successfully match the candidate to the hiring managers job requirements. Understand the technology, technical role, and skill set for each job position that you are working on. Based on the technical needs of a position, be able to interview candidates thoroughly to determine if they are qualified for that position. Must adhere to federal/state regulations regarding interview questions. Present candidates for positions to Revenue Managers and/or Hiring Managers, adhering to company standards regarding candidate submittals. Be able to sell a candidate on working for Kineticom and successfully sell the candidates skill set to a hiring manager. Responsible for sourcing candidates from multiple sources our database, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct recruits. Cultivate relationships with contractors through the screening process and hiring process. Stay in touch with candidates using the telephone and emails, keeping them informed as to where they are in the hiring process. Complete background checks legally per company standards of all placements, employment contracts, etc. Check references for candidates selected by client before they are hired. Negotiate offers, including base pay, FLSA status, benefit package, per diem, etc. and clearly communicate to the candidate all aspects of their position. Follow proper ISO Quality Standards in SmartSearch regarding documentation. Maintain relationships to build your network with placed contractors and asking them for candidate referrals. Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the companys policies and practices. Attend client and contractor events as needed. Perform other work-related duties as requested. Performance Metrics 20 calls per day / 100 per week. 2 submittals per day / 10 submittals per week. 1 placement per week. 1 lead per day / 5 leads per week. Weekly GP target. Call to placements every two weeks. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Technology, or related field preferred, not required with a minimum of six months work experience in technology, business, or sales. Have a network developed of possible candidates through sourcing. Strong ability in use of MS Office, databases, and Internet searches. Ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with contractors, internal and external clients, and general public. Must have strong organizational skills in order to submit candidates according to client deadlines. Additionally, will need to communicate regularly via phone, text messages. Needs to have no fear of heavy phone call volume. Strong computer skills using MS Office tools. Understand technical terms as they apply to position openings. Travel is required andmay be 10% of position.
