Provide change management strategies/plan and supporting strategic communications plans with a focus on promoting the client's work and value to the mission of integrating core competencies into professional development staff.  Basic Qualifications (Required):
·         7+ years of experience with strategic communications

·         Establish and maintain FDO records management process for tracking, review, and final release approval
·         Maintain current and accurate on information concerning exchange agreements and the disclosure of military intelligence to foreign government and international organizations
·         Assist in the design and development of curriculum for the National Intelligence University’s International Graduate Program

 This position description is for two (2) developers that will be under the direction of the APM for Engineering, develop and improve single-system and integrated end-to-end operational test plans in support of C4I System-of-Systems Operability Test (SOT) events on aircraft carriers. The period of performance for these developers are for six (6) months from Dec 2012 to July 2013. Collaborate with product program offices to produce single-system and end-to-end operational test plans that are useable by Ship's Force operators.

Familiarity and compliance with NAVSEA Mil.Std. 22- D, tech manuals 248 and 278 in order to maintain customers’ quality standards. Ability to mirror weld and weld in positions with minimal clearance.

Able to run conventional lathes, mills, Vertical Turret Lathes (VTL's), Horizontal Boring Machines (HBM's), grinders, as well as programmable machines.
