B.  Principle Information Engineer for T&E and VV&A

This Principal Information Engineer billet will support the Joint Project Manager.

C.  Test Plan Developers

Job description:

This position description is for two (2) developers that will be under the direction
of the APM for Engineering, develop and improve single-system and integrated end-to-end
operational test plans in support of C4I System-of-Systems Operability Test (SOT)
events on aircraft carriers. The period of performance for these developers are
for six (6) months from Dec 2012 to July 2013. Collaborate with product program

Required Skills:


* Must be an expert in Testing and Implementation and experience in the following:
* Intelligence systems (e.g. DCGS-N, AIS, Radiant Mercury)
* Network systems (e.g. ISNS, ADNS, SCI Networks, CENTRIXS)
* Command and control systems (e.g. CDLMS/Link, GCCS-M, ADSI, NTCSS)
* Satellite communications systems (e.g. WSC-6/8/9, USC-69, USC-38, EHF TIP)
* Transition available E2C event test plans to on-ship, operationally-relevant end-to-end
test plans
* Validate test plans with Fleet stakeholders: shipboard operators, strike group
staff, TACTRAGRU, DGSIT, and FSET
* Tailor these test plans to the to-be baseline planned for assigned ship
* Draft C4I SOT Test Plan document in a standardized format that is easy to use
by shipboard operators
* Participate in weekly C4I SOT planning meetings
* Collect test plan feedback during C4I SOT events and incorporate for subsequent
revision
* Lead technical interchange meetings with participation from the APM-E's and the
Integration Test Director to populate the C4I SOT sequencing template. Initial inputs
shall include ship schedule, hotel services availability, resource requirements
(satellite access, participating units, system SME's)
* Review the following T&E products as they may impact platform level integration
efforts: SOVTs / SPEG compliance, TEMP, ISP, Test Plans (DT/OT, E2C, etc)
* Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
* Person in this position will need to occasionally move about inside the office
to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
* Person will constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery;
such as copy machines and printers
* Must be able to communicate with personal and clients effectively
* Must be able to inspect documents on computers 50% of the time

Qualifications


* Experience with test plan development
* Knowledge of broad spectrum of PEO C4I products and systems and their interfaces
and dependencies
* Possess prior training or experience in technical writing
* Ability to communicate effectively with external parties on a frequent basis
* Available to travel (estimated three one-week trips)
* Must be United States citizen possessing SECRET clearance (minimum)
* Experience in a systems engineer role within SPAWAR claimancy (preferred)
* Prior military experience operating C4I systems (preferred)

Education: Bachelor's degree required, experience in advanced professional military
training/War College is a plus. Must have five to ten (5-10) years experience with
an emphasis in unit level and intermediate level pre-deployment training required.

Serco has an immediate opening for a full-time Systems Administrator for the U.S.
Navy's Training and Operational Readiness Information Services (TORIS) located at
the Naval Station San Diego.


* Coordinate with Development staff and Database Manager to determine system requirements
and perform timely and efficient system administration for all production, application
and development servers.
* Work is performed in a Government office.
* Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems.
* Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing
and certification of software.
* Provides technical support to project team members.
* Requires a 4-year degree and 1-3 years of systems administration experience.
* Performs a variety of tasks.

and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
* Knowledge of security audit applications such as Retina Scans and Gold Disk to
perform network vulnerability scans.
* Experience with the administration, configuration and maintenance of IT products.
* Experience in the administration of Navy web based enterprise solutions to include
performing daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of
all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and
application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
