management for complex technology intensive systems. You will also serve
as the TPM for the Consolidated Screening Gateway (CSG) IT system, the
Alien Flight Student Program (AFSP) IT system, and other OIA TSD managed
credentialing IT systems. Typical assignments will include:
- Directing
the efforts of the program management office to include the core staff,
matrix support, and contractor support. Providing guidance to
subordinates for anticipating, preventing, or resolving problems that
cross organizational lines, and developing and approving solutions.
- Developing
technical project plans to meet program requirements that address
project objectives, engineering process and approach, and risk
analysis/management.
- Developing additional program plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Developing additional program documentation required to support the investment review process.
- Evaluating Federal budget planning, execution, and reporting.
- Briefing review boards about the program.
- Supervisory

JOB DUTIES:
Individual
will be responsible for performance of modification efforts on military
aircraft IAW installation drawings, engineering drawings, or TCTO's.
There are 20 structural positions and 20 electrical positions available.
Oklahoma City is the main office; however, these positions are
available worldwide and location is determined based on skills and
qualifications.
For Structures Skills:
In
a team oriented work environment, under minimal supervision, performs a
variety of structural assembly operations in a production department.
- Able
to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process
specifications, technical manuals, written instructions, test
procedures, etc.
- Able
to setup and use a variety of precision measuring instruments such as:
dial indicators, micrometers, gauges, protractors, and calipers, etc.
- Able to use common hand tools such as: drills, reamers, deburrers, files, rivet guns, bucking bars, etc.
- Able
to assemble aircraft structures and associated components with the aid
of jigs and fixtures by drilling, filing, filling, honing, reaming,
counter-sinking, dimpling, burring and fastening.
- Able
to perform close tolerance assembly operations such as: shimming,
fitting, trimming, and aligning where variances may occur considerably
from one assembly to another as with fairings and the mating of major
structural assemblies.
- Able
to replace ribs, stiffners, stringers in skinned assemblies
establishing from blueprints with firm callouts, butt, center, chord,
station and water lines.
- Able
to blind pickup of hole locations for blank parts from existing
structure. Also able to correct cans, buckles, wrinkles in outer skins
- Able to operate such equipment as brakes, grinders, band saws, and presses.
- Able to identify different types of corrosion, clean and treat corrosion, remove damaged
For Electrical Skills:
Duties
include, but are not limited to, wire harness routing/clamping, wire
terminations, aircraft tear down and build up. Read and interpret RIDs
(retrofit installation drawing), wiring diagrams and schematics.
Operational check and troubleshooting abilities of affected aircraft
weapons systems are required. . Resolves and corrects routine and
complex problems during modification of deliverable products. Ensures
adequacy, accuracy and thoroughness of product modification. Complete
knowledge of the processes associated with modification programs (e.g.,
Aircraft system upgrade, Avionics software upgrade, Aircraft fuselage
modification, USAF TCTO's, USA MWO's, USN TD, passenger to freighter
modification, Boeing Service Bulletins) and the general flow of a
typical modification program. The ability and willingness to take
ownership of work activities and ensure they are completed accurately,
efficiently, and in a timely manner. This also includes being reliable,
trusted, and accountable for completing work activities. The ability and
willingness to take independent action. This includes moving quickly
and directly to complete the task at hand and not waiting to be
instructed to complete job activities. Also includes the willingness to
seek out additional assignments or tasks. Applies knowledge, skills, and
