SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT  Southeastern Diamond Business District (SDBD) was recently awarded a capacity building grant by LISC San Diego.  SDBD is seeking proposals from qualified consultants experienced in economic development and nonprofit management to further advance the work of the organization and provide strategic support to its Board of Directors and committees.  Interested parties need to visit www.SDBD.org to obtain a copy of consultant request for qualification.   Click to Download RFQ Thank you!      PURPOSE STATEMENT The purposes for which the Southeastern Diamond Business District (SDBD) is formed are to enhance the growth and development of the Diamond Business Improvement District (Diamond BID), as well as the surrounding community of Southeastern San Diego, as an international marketplace; to create partnerships between business and property owners that promote continuous economic revitalization and renewal in the community served by the Southeastern Diamond Business District.
