Position: Customer Service Team Lead
Where: Plaza Bonita Mall
New Kiosk opening in Plaza Bonita Mall, June 27!
This position is responsible for overseeing the operational management of the Kiosk, including all functional areas of personnel training and development for Cash for Gift Cards team members. The Kiosk Manager is expected to lead by example. Consistent, above-expectations performance will lead to consideration for promotion.
Build Success
• Set a weekly sales goal for the kiosk
• Ensure associates are engaged in marketing activities
• Talk to at least two repeat sellers each week to understand how business is going
Take Responsibility
• Be trustworthy. Have an uncompromising level of business ethics, security, and integrity
• Set weekly mall schedules for kiosk associates
• Review associates’ hours and address absenteeism and tardiness
• Guard cash and assets, secure the kiosk, and maintain accurate cash counts
• Ensure associate presence during Garda drops
• Conduct unannounced cash counts
• Report instances of suspected fraud and theft timely
• Track kiosk supply levels and reorder
• Conduct orientation, training, and re-training
Maintain Positivity
• Manage and develop customer service skills of each kiosk team member to ensure the customer receives friendly and consistent service each time
• Provide coaching and feedback with each associate weekly
• Attend weekly and monthly calls with managers
• Update weekly mall dashboard for District Manager
• Respond timely to information requests from managers
• Field questions from other retailers and security to District Manager
• Assist District Manager with talent development for future growth
Required Skills
• High School or Equivalent
• 1-2 years related experience in a retail or customer service environment
• Ability to handle large quantities of cash with confidence and accuracy
• Outgoing personality and able to interact with all types of customers
• Good problem solver and ability to communicate clearly and concisely

Position: Customer Retail Sales Associates

We are hiring mulitple Retail Sales Associates
Job Overview
• Responsible for assisting customers in a retail (Kiosk) location and driving sales of company services
• Assesses customers' needs and educates them by helping them understand the benefit of these services,
• Delivers a superior experience to customers every day
• Communicates advantages of using Cash for Gift Cards to consumers.
Tasks
• Interfaces with customers, advises customers, and answers questions relating to products, services and all other issues and concerns
• Demonstrates strong understanding of company products and services
• Effectively communicates and demonstrates a high level of comfort selling company products and services. (Flyering, Marketing)
• Informs customers of products and pricing models, as well as competitive advantages
• Meets and exceeds sales goals within the guidelines established by Lead and District Manager
• Reports on the number of daily sales and other metrics as required.
• Participates in required sales programs and company initiatives
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and is available as necessary
• Evaluates customers' potential needs and makes appropriate recommendations
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and quickly learning new procedures
• Adhere to Loss Prevention control and compliance procedures
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
