Position: Customer Service Team Lead

This position is responsible for overseeing
the operational management of the Kiosk, including all functional areas of
personnel training and development for Cash for Gift Cards team members. The
Kiosk Manager is expected to lead by example. Consistent, above-expectations
performance will lead to consideration for promotion.

• Talk to at least two repeat sellers each week to understand how business is going
