support will be provided to the Surface Navy's Training and Operational Readiness

password resets and NIAPS server operation using the Distance Support Center trouble
call process. The candidate will provide proactive support in monitoring ship replication
to shore side servers. They will identify, research, and resolve technical issues
with all TORIS applications, data replication, and NIAPS. They will respond to telephone,
email, and Remedy trouble calls. They will conduct Direct Connect On-Line (DCO)
sessions with shipboard personnel to resolve application and NIAPS issues. On occasion,
