Food & Beverage Supervisor Part Time - 1	This position is responsible for the supervision of the respective restaurant activities, to include: staffing, training, scheduling of employees; planning, organizing, directing and coordinating restaurant activities to ensure efficient operation of the department. Producing a quality product, which exceeds the guests’ expectations and hotel standards, is delivered in a friendly and professional manner.  Minimum 3 years food and Beverage experience with at least 1 year in a management position. 1 to 2 years Food & Beverage Supervisory experience in a similar luxury property, excellent communications skills, written and verbal and strong organizational. Captain Part Time - 1

Kitchen Supervisor Full Time	Coordinates/oversees the activities of all food production employees in the preparation of menu items.  Ensures that all food products are of the highest quality and are ready to serve in a timely manner. Experienced knife skills, ability to work any stations (pantry, grill, sauté), master grill cooking temperatures, and sauté techniques, strong knowledge of basic mother sauces. Front Office Agent Part Time - 2

Responsible for performing a variety of duties including guest registration, handling of guest inquiries, acting as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments, with the primary purpose of satisfying the guest and achieving repeat business.  Also performs a variety of cashiering functions including guest check in checkout.  Responsible for upholding hotel credit policy and procedures. Previous bell or valet experience preferred.  High school diploma preferred.  Must be fluent in English (read, speak, write).  Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, and push a cart weighing up to 150 pounds.   This position requires bending, stooping, and lifting.   Knowledge of local area, roadways, and services preferred.  Must be customer-service orientated and have excellent hospitality skills.   Must be flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.

Housekeeping

Quality Assurance Supervisor Full Time - 1

Responsible for ensuring all new and existing team members are trained to provide consistent 4-Diamond AND MORE service by maintaining complete adherence to all Loews Hotels standards related to the housekeeping function. Presents and conducts departmental orientation and training sessions for all new team members. Develops and conducts training sessions to promote staff development for all housekeeping team members. Monitors and maintains new hire and on-going housekeeping training programs.

Room Attendant Part Time – 5

Cleans hotel guest rooms according to Star Service standards providing the highest level of quality and service for hotel guests.  Anticipates guest needs, demonstrating sensitivity and responsiveness, ensuring complete satisfaction and repeat business.  Previous Housekeeping experiences a plus.  Able to work as part of a dynamic quality-driven team. Basic English language skills. Able to push, stand, stoop, bend, and lift items weighing up to 40 pounds repetitively during entire shift.  Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Administrative Assistant Full Time

Assists Catering and Conference Manager in the preparation including supporting any details of planning meetings and/or events.  Provides outstanding friendly, professional information and assistance to clients and guests.  Aids Catering and Conference Manager with the preparation of correspondence, reports and banquet event orders.  Coordinates office supplies and procedures. Familiar with dictation and automation processes. Pool & Recreations

Pool Attendant Seasonal - 2

Responsible for providing exceptional service to guests at the pool commensurate with the demands and expectations of a four-star hotel.  Greets guests at the pool area, provides pool towels, to guests, escort guests and positions chairs, sets up, refreshes, and tears down cabanas.  Maintains the cleanliness and physical appearance of pool area. Excellent guest service and oral communication skills Ability to lift 40 lbs. and pull/push 100 lbs. First Aid/CPR certified preferred Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Pool Concierge Seasonal - 1

Responsible for providing exceptionally enjoyable and safe pool experience for resort guests commensurate with the demands and expectations of a four-star hotel.  Directs the provision of pool services, including towel issuance and inventory control. Maintains the cleanliness and physical appearance of pool area. Minimum 2 yrs Supervisory experience preferred. Security

Security Officer On Call – 1 Seasonal - 1

Must be fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking).  Maintain a high quality of service commensurate to a Five Star Hotel. Basic knowledge of incident report writing and investigation; patrol procedures, rules and arrest and trespass, photography, use of emergency equipment, first aid, CPR/AED Certification, record keeping, Basic computer knowledge.

Management

Food & Beverage Outlet Manager	This position is responsible for the management of the hotels food & beverage operation – specifically Market Café, Room Service and Market To Go department operations.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to staffing, training, scheduling employees, payroll and financial management, planning and coordinating all F&B daily operations, directing and overseeing restaurant and bar activities, as well as other management to ensure efficient operation of the department.  In addition, this position will provide leadership and communication to all supervisory staff as well as team members working in the above mentioned outlets.
National Sales Manager	Requires minimum 5 yrs experience and responsible for developing and maintaining a national account base. Experience in selling to National Association Market highly preferred. Maintain accounts through sales action plans, specific documentation in Delphi and clear and concise correspondence. Excellent communication, organizational, guest relations and presentation skills. Must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of hotel operations and be able to work a flexible schedule.
Access Manager	This position is responsible for developing and maintaining an account base. This person must be skilled in maintaining these accounts through, sales action plans, specific documentation in Delphi and clear and concise correspondence.  They will also be required to plan the meetings from a convention service position. Position generally works with group of 51 people or less. Excellent communication, organizational and guest relations skills, experience in Delphi preferred. Administrative management experience preferred. Working knowledge and understanding of the hotel operations. Able to work a flexible schedule.
Director of Safety & Security	Directs and provides for the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property in an effective, professional and guest-friendly manner commensurate with the demands of a four-star hotel. Provides such services in accordance with legal requirements and Loews Hotels corporate guidelines. Oversees continuous security rounds and inspections of all guests and back of the house areas.  Directs proactive hotel safety and loss prevention efforts and emergency drills. Conducts investigations and provides timely follow-up concerning all hotel safety-related issues.  Utilizes cost-efficient technologies and techniques to provide effective and seamless provision of security services.   Minimum five years experience as a hotel Director of Security or five years law enforcement management experience.
Director of Marketing	This position requires a progressive Marketing executive, a strong leader who can develop and implement ongoing strategic initiatives that will positively impact hotel revenues and profits.  The position is responsible for selling, administration, and market planning, communications, and inventory management.  Sales personnel development and training are also components of this position.
