This position is responsible for the management of the hotels food & beverage operation – specifically Market Café, Room Service and Market To Go department operations.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to staffing, training, scheduling employees, payroll and financial management, planning and coordinating all F&B daily operations, directing and overseeing restaurant and bar activities, as well as other management to ensure efficient operation of the department.  In addition, this position will provide leadership and communication to all supervisory staff as well as team members working in the above mentioned outlets.
National Sales Manager

Requires minimum 5 yrs experience and responsible for developing and maintaining a national account base. Experience in selling to National Association Market highly preferred. Maintain accounts through sales action plans, specific documentation in Delphi and clear and concise correspondence. Excellent communication, organizational, guest relations and presentation skills. Must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of hotel operations and be able to work a flexible schedule.
Access Manager

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining an account base. This person must be skilled in maintaining these accounts through, sales action plans, specific documentation in Delphi and clear and concise correspondence.  They will also be required to plan the meetings from a convention service position. Position generally works with group of 51 people or less. Excellent communication, organizational and guest relations skills, experience in Delphi preferred. Administrative management experience preferred. Working knowledge and understanding of the hotel operations. Able to work a flexible schedule.

Directs and provides for the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property in an effective, professional and guest-friendly manner commensurate with the demands of a four-star hotel. Provides such services in accordance with legal requirements and Loews Hotels corporate guidelines. Oversees continuous security rounds and inspections of all guests and back of the house areas.  Directs proactive hotel safety and loss prevention efforts and emergency drills. Conducts investigations and provides timely follow-up concerning all hotel safety-related issues.  Utilizes cost-efficient technologies and techniques to provide effective and seamless provision of security services.   Minimum five years experience as a hotel Director of Security or five years law enforcement management experience.

This position requires a progressive Marketing executive, a strong leader who can develop and implement ongoing strategic initiatives that will positively impact hotel revenues and profits.  The position is responsible for selling, administration, and market planning, communications, and inventory management.  Sales personnel development and training are also components of this position.
