based organization serving San Diego county.
The Program Specialist – for
this Organization - would like to meet with you in order to complete the
eligibility application for the “Connection To Work” program.
The
Program Director – Cecile Cowan states they have a very high Placement rate and
in some cases – working within 30 days. You don’t want to pass up – this
opportunity.

What to Bring:
Provide your original right
to work in the U.S. documents, ie:
Drivers Lic and Social
Security Card, or U.S. Passport (unexpired).

- For unemployment verify (if
drawing Unemployment Insurance) either of these documents will work
o Notice of Unemployment
Insurance Claim Filed (DE 1101/CLMT)
o Notice of Unemployment
Insurance Award (DE 429Z)
o Latest stub of your
Continued Claim form (DE 4581-CTO)
- Employer layoff letter (if
you do not have the UI forms)
- Caljobs
resume

- Selective Service
Registration (if applicable), go to www.sss.gov and printout proof of registration. I can assist

As
mentioned the Connection To Work program is an exciting new program
funded by the San Diego Workforce Partnership. This On-the-Job Training (OJT)
program is to serve veterans with employment and assisting companies find
qualified employers, while providing financial reimbursement for the new hire
training costs.
· OTS will recruit applicants
based on the company’s job specifications
· OTS will reimburse the
company up to 50% of the employee’s wages during the OJT.
· OTS will help with employee
and employer support as needed and requested.
If you cannot
make this meeting or would like to
withdraw your name for consideration.
