JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Accurately stock and rotate products onto shelves from backroom inventories as required.

• Build creative displays in retail accounts using appropriate point-of-sale materials.
• Follow up on requests and commitments to the retailer.
• Assist Sales Account Managers on cooler resets, product rotation and identifying sales opportunities.
• Minimize product damage and breakage and communicate product issues to Sales Account Managers.
• Rotate and organize backroom stock to Company standards.
• Merchandise shelf area (shelf strips, cooler stickers, etc.) and stock Company products on shelves to maintain full inventory.
• Install point-of-sale in the most visible and dominant locations in retail accounts.
• Perform work tasks safely, and contribute to overall safe work environment.
• Properly operate hand-held technology used for timekeeping and communication. Accurately record all hours of work and meal breaks each workday.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Minimum 6 months of work experience, preferably in the beverage industry or in a labor intensive role.
• Prior grocery store with stocking, product handling, and merchandising experience preferred.
• Must be able to use personal vehicle for business purposes. Valid driver license with acceptable driving record required.
• Valid auto insurance required with following coverage:

o    Bodily Injury - $100,000 per person/ $300,000 per incident

o    Property Damage - $50,000

o    Comprehensive/Collision - $1,000 Deductible (or less)

• Must be available to work everyday of the week including holidays.
• Ability to begin work at 6am on weekdays and at 4am on weekends.
• The employee is regularly required to lift and carry objects, use tools, and operate a vehicle and use equipment controls.
• Must be able to repetitively lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 170 lbs. when handling keg products. 
• Experience using a handheld ordering device, a plus.
• Strong organizational, planning, time management and follow-up skills.
