Key Role:
Serve in a junior network engineer role supporting Navy clients in shore and afloat sites while ships are in port. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience in working with Cisco or Alcatel routers in a professional or academic environment
-1+ years of experience with the installation, operation, or maintenance of LAN or WAN environments
-1+ years of experience with analysis and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment
-1+ years of experience with supporting ancillary aspects of networking, including software deployments, information technology (IT) hardware expertise, or IA and information security
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or the Sciences with a technology focus

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with legacy Navy networks, including the Automated Digital Network System (ADNS), Integrated Shipboard Network System (ISNS), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) networks, Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System (CENTRIXS), Submarine Local Area Network (SubLAN), or Tactical Command System (TCS)/Video Information Exchange System (VIXS)
